Be Wary. Never left a negative review before. This is a first.
Had to change an ignition switch. While there, we had one sliding door working and the other side not. They said they would look at the broken door. Switch was fixed (good job it seems), and we were told the door motor needed to be changed. Quite expensive so we decided to live with one working door. Upon the next time the working door was opened, it started jerking really bad and took multiple tries to open/close. The next day the rubber liner fell off the bottom. We called Honda and asked why the working door was even touched at all and explained that it now doesn't work at all. Ultimately they took no responsibility and stated that it was "wear and tear" despite it being immediately after that messed with it and that it worked beforehand.
Also, we were told there is a diagnostic fee which would be waved if the service is done. When we received the bill it had an extra $125.00 for diagnostic. I told them there was no way i was paying and they did drop it. But they tried. Not what I"d expect from Honda.
