PLEASE DO NOT BUY A USED CAR AT MIDTOWN HONDA!!! THEY LIVE UP TO ALL THE STEREOTYPICAL BELIEVES YOU HAVE A CARD DEALERSHIPS. Firstly, Honda HQ does not take responsibility for the used cars sold at this dealership. I know this because i called head office after the engine on my 2010 Equinox purchased at Midtown Honda seized three months after purchase in August 2018. Head office said it is not their responsibility. Further, Midtown itself did not return my calls after I left five messages for Dan, the used car sales manager. I am now in a position whereby I must pay close to $5,000 for a rebuilt engine. Further, upon review of my bill, the fellow helping me told me I was charged 3% more on my loan through Midtown than the going rate at the time. I now need to go through a process to get the used car office to recognize what they've sold me and agree to pay me for this major repair. Yes, i did not get a third party warranty, but should that matter? They sold me a lemon and on top of that charged me what they could get out of me. While this might be 'business' it is not ethical and i RECOMMEND WITH ALL MY HEART YOU DO NOT GO TO MIDTOWN HONDA. Once i signed on the dotted line they ignored me and now that I''m in for $5,000 more dollars for repairs they pretend they did not make the sale. This office and their staff truly live up to the stereotypes we have of car dealerships, especially used cars. DO NOT BUY AT MIDTOWN. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG.

P.S. There is much more to right about their lack of response to my needs re. a flat tire (this after they denied putting two new front tires on the front according a promise they'd made); programming a second key for me (I had too wait five hours at another dealership down the road and they would not compensate me for my time). THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR. BY FAR!!!!!!!!!!!!
