Customer Service here is a joke. Came in here with my coworker on my lunch break to look at the Civic and Accord, as I was looking to purchase a car asap. I requested to speak to a sales person, as I wanted to know the difference between the models, pricing and also wanted to test drive it. The sales associate did not seem impressed when we were walking to his office. We got into his office and he started taking all my information down and asked which car we wanted to test drive. We asked what the difference was between two of the models and he told me "All the specifications are on the website". I was a bit shocked when he said that... As a sales associate, your job is to provide information to your customer and help them. Then it all went downhill from here. He then asked "Are you test driving it because you want to buy it or because you just want to see how it feels?". Does anyone see what's wrong with that? Obviously I need to know how the car feels before I purchase it... Last time I checked, cars weren't a "buy it and return it if you don't like it" kind of item. Anyways, I said I wanted to see how it feels. He immediately tells me that "Unfortunately, Honda does not allow test drives for clients who just want to see how it feels, you have to purchase it. We work on commission here". I am seriously shocked at how I was treated at this dealership and wished that I had not wasted my lunch break. So in all, I was told that I would not be getting any service from them and that they all work on commission.

UPDATE: I went back to Midtown Honda and saw Jennifer Song. She was very patient and a pleasure to work with (and super cheerful all the time too). She was super nice and was able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend everyone to go see Jennifer Song at Midtown.
