Mr. Michael was helpful and had great customer service skills. First time customer but I will definitely return. The prices are very reasonable and the work is done in a timely manner.

Very few people I've met in this type of industry are honest and don't try to push services that you don't need. At Kauffman, I have been pleased with both of my visits. I got a great deal on new tires, and I was given a discount on getting an alignment.

Thanks to the staff at Mavis. Having your car serviced is not fun, and at times frightful. But Patrick and the mechanics made the task almost painless. Everyone was courteous and friendly.

Quick, courteous and fast service. Guy at the office called and followed up a few times to let me know when my tire was in. When I finally went in it was a quick fix and nice guy at the counter.

All the workers there were friendly. Our water time was exactly what we excused, I would recommend this place to everyone, to bad I live out of state I would use them everytime If I could! Thank you to the staff for fitting me in when they were about to close, because of them I was able to make it to tennessee to see family for the holidays! Called in and spoke with Jarius to explain my tire issue. He was great and didn't make me feel like "little" just because I was a woman trying to explain how my ride was now bumpy and I felt a vibration when going over 60 mph. On january 16 2020 at 9am i had an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted warmly. And work was performed quickly. Customer service was excellent.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I was able to get in and out with no issues at all. The price were also way better than other places I had looked at for the work that needed to be done on my car. I ll deff go there for all my car needs!!!!

Extremely helpful staff, we are from Florida and had a issue with our vehicle, once the tow truck driver dropped the car Rodney was right on top of looking at it. Not one other local shop would look at it today but they got us straight in and back on the road within an hour.

Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service was efficient and prices were lower than a few other places I called for quotes. Definitely will be back and will be telling my friends and family about the great service.

As a woman it's hard to find an auto repair place that is respectful. That is not the case here, these guys are wonderful. This place is clean, and well kept up, you can tell that the guys here really really care about what they do. Their fun and friendly and not pushy. They're helpful. it's just a real different experience than I've had at other places. So I want to give a shout out to all the guys working here, you guys are awesome and I will definitely be back for any repairs or car maintenance that I believe you can take care of...

One of the cleanest restrooms I've ever seen. Being in a wheelchair it's nice to go in a public restroom that you don't have to clean before you use, side step nastiness, or feel like you need a shower when you come out. Kudos!! And the service for the tires was amazing too. We ran over something while we out & went straight there. It was 20-25 minutes before they closed but they still got us fixed up & everyone was super nice & very accommodating!

I love this location. Things run smoothly and its thanks to the boss man. Patrick. Things have been getting done in a timely manner with little issues since he was hired on. Definitely recommend bringing in vehicles or if you're looking to work, this would be the location to be.

The guys here are AWESOME and very HONEST!!! The first time I went I had my battery replaced and it was quick! The customer service is always on point. The second time I took my vehicle I thought I needed brakes. The young man could have took advantage of the situation but he didn't. He showed me I didn't need brakes, just a little spray to stop the squealing (due to frequent car washing). He didn't charge me and told me to come back if that didn't stop the issue. I'm very picky about who I let work on my vehicle but I definitely have found a place at Mavis!!! Keep up the great work guys!!
