Air conditioner was not working so my daughter was sweating all night and my wife couldn't sleep...the wardrobe was broken, the hot water supply was not stable and the bed was too small. When we asked the reception lady to change rooms she said it was the biggest room! I was fuming because my family had spotted a much more bigger room than that old room( < ) We were very excited to leave.( )
