dont take your car here way over priced....and they lie about parts needing to be changed

Mr. Michael was helpful and had great customer service skills. First time customer but I will definitely return. The prices are very reasonable and the work is done in a timely manner.

Service was wonderful. The visit lasted a little longer than expected but they were informative about other possible issues.

They were a little busy. But they took my car right on in and it was done in a timely manner I was impressed and will vote back again the prices were fair

I was able to receive a Mavis card thanks to Patrick and Mike so i could get a tune up,alignment and a complete fluid flush it all took less than an hour ......go check out Mavis in Macon

Customer Service, is lacking, they definitely need improvement

If I could give 0 stars I would! Arrived at 2 and sat till 4:30 without any service being done to my vehicle. Just for a simple tire change, and I brought my own tire that was on a rim already. When talked to staff, the response was, "oh you're next." People infront of me sat for hours with the same issues. Very unprofessional!

I recently took my car to get sufficient amount of work done that included an oil change, new brakes and two new tires. The quality of service was bad from the rep at the desk to the car tech. The rep was very unprofessional and rude. The quality of the work is sub par and I will not be taken my vehicle back to this company.

Went for an alignment on my vehicle and they were able to squeeze me in. This place is my go to for my tires and brakes on all my vehicles. Excellent service!!!!

My wife and Mother in law stopped in with a flat tire on the way to Tennessee. A little after 5. Guy that met them said "too many people ahead of you and we close at 6." Thanks for helping out bud. I would never go to Mavis again. Hopefully the manager or owner will respond to this. They went to Discount tire down street who also had a crowd but were willing to help 2 stranded women miles from home

Quality customer service and the wait time is minimal. I would highly recommend Kauffmann's tire to anyone.

Such an amazing and clean shop. Employees are knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing tires or maintenance done on their vehicle.

Very few people I've met in this type of industry are honest and don't try to push services that you don't need. At Kauffman, I have been pleased with both of my visits. I got a great deal on new tires, and I was given a discount on getting an alignment.

Thanks to the staff at Mavis. Having your car serviced is not fun, and at times frightful. But Patrick and the mechanics made the task almost painless. Everyone was courteous and friendly.

Quick, courteous and fast service. Guy at the office called and followed up a few times to let me know when my tire was in. When I finally went in it was a quick fix and nice guy at the counter.

All the workers there were friendly. Our water time was exactly what we excused, I would recommend this place to everyone, to bad I live out of state I would use them everytime If I could! Thank you to the staff for fitting me in when they were about to close, because of them I was able to make it to tennessee to see family for the holidays! You guys are awesome merry Christmas and have a safe and happy new year!

Called in and spoke with Jarius to explain my tire issue. He was great and didn't make me feel like "little" just because I was a woman trying to explain how my ride was now bumpy and I felt a vibration when going over 60 mph. Mike assisted me when I brought my car in. Both were great! Service was quick and professional. Thanks you guys.

They did a good job on short notice. My daughter s suv had 3 missing lug studs and I called needing them replaced and they definitely got her in and out with no issues. They were friendly and expedited the whole experience for not just her but her small child as well. I definitely recommend this place not only because they do a good job but the prices were hard to beat.

Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful. Had me in and out in no time.

Arrived at the store on sunday at 10.30 am. At 1.30 pm I am still waiting.to get tires. Several other customers waiting thislong. Customers still coming in and are told 45 min to1 hour for roration. At .the 2.5 hour mark I was told I would next. Right after the tire rotation that came in after me.someting is seriously wrong here.
Final count, 5.5 hours. Customers with appts made days earlier wait 3 hours. Not pleased with outcome today. Guys were all super nice, just overwhelmed.

The prices were the best and their personality was great as well. I would most definitely be back.

Everyone there try's to get you in and out as quickly as possible.

I recommend this place to everyone. They are very professional and have the best prices around. The service was very quick. I had a spinning lug nut and no one could get it out around town, so I tried this location and was very pleased. Thanks to Jarious for being professional and keeping me well informed on the wait time. I can't remember the guy with dreads name, but he was awesome!!!

Woke up and had a flat tire...had to be to work by noon and it was 10:45a...called told them my dilemma...had me in and out in less then 15min...thanks Mavis Tire!!

Not the type of person to write reviews but this place just blows my mind. I went in on 9/11/2020 to a get a oil change. 1st of all the customer that come in after me got his oil changed before me. The customer was asking me how he was getting service before I was. I told him I had no idea.
Well I finally got my oil changed in my truck and got halfway home and the message center on my truck said I was low in oil and needed to add oil.
The oil pressure was fine so I went on home Mavis was closed by now.
When I got home I checked the oil in my truck and the oil was not touching the dipstick. I saw a 1-800 number to call at the top of my receipt if I was not 100% satisfied, so I called it and give the lady all of my information and the situation. She said she would get it to the right people and have them to call me.
Needless to say today is the 17th and I have not heard a word from anyone. Back to the oil situation I live about 25 miles from the Mavis on Presidential Pkwy so Saturday morning I go to the parts store and buy 3 quarts of oil thinking they only put 5 quarts of oil in my truck witch takes 8 quarts. Sure enough my truck was 3 quarts of oil low. And seems like no one cares. Don`t get me wrong I am not looking for a free oil change not even looking for a discount just looking for someone to step up and take responsibility. I am a business owner in middle Ga have been for 26 years and when my employees make a mistake or I make one I own up to it and take full responsibility. I am sick and tired of these big chain stores thinking they are untouchable and do what they want. So with that being said I know the person that keeps up with these reviews is going to come on here and say oh how sorry they are and for me to call a certain number. NO!!! You call me you have my information Mavis screwed up not me. Why should I take anymore time out of my day to make it right when Mavis screwed up.

Thanks to Jay and his team here at Mavis for their wonderful service. They were so knowledgeable and explain everything to me and showed me what needed to be done to my vehicle. Thanks for the education and I ll definitely be back for my future services. I also want to thank them for the Flex Shopper account that allowed me to get my repairs done today. Decent pricing but daaanng they can take so long. Prior to right now I've had my car here for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. But this time I've been waiting around for such a long time, even considering I went to a nearby store (Best Buy) to look around. Was told it would be about an hour before they could take my car. It's been over two hours and I'm still waiting for it to merely be brought in for the diagnostic. But I appreciate the fact they also took a while to try fixing my off-balanced steering wheel the other time I brought my car, and the discount they gave me before too. I just got my car back and the guy only checked the Brake light stuff, left out the Check Engine light and didn't even have a scanner that worked for checking my 1998 Toyota. That was after hours of waiting. I about wanna give four stars but the service is just not good enough to justify that.

What to personally thank Jay, Mike, and Shawn for their exceptional service. Great job fellas!

On january 16 2020 at 9am i had an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted warmly. And work was performed quickly. Customer service was excellent.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I was able to get in and out with no issues at all. The price were also way better than other places I had looked at for the work that needed to be done on my car. I ll deff go there for all my car needs!!!!

I absolutely loved the customer service of this place. Patrick, the store manager, was very kind and handled situation quickly and efficiently. He said he'd get it done and he did. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

Ordered tires from here and went ahead and let them change my oil because the car was due for one. Just came to my usual shop for my next reoutine oil change and was told the last place the changed the oil stripped the plug and was jammed in to hold it in place!!!!! I will never again use Kauffman for ANYTHING nor will I recommend to anyone!!!!!! This happened at the Presidential Parkway Location in Macon.

Very professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They were very willing to show you the issues and explain exactly what needed to be done to fix issue. I will definitely return.

They are very nice and explain everything. Only thing I wasn't use to was having to pay to have my tires on 15 a piece. Never had to do that before where I'm from. If you bought there tires they fit them. My only dislike. Other wise great place.

I will be a regular customer for this facility, I have never experienced customer service in this field like I did here! Jarius went well over above and beyond to make sure my car was done and fixed the right way. If i could give 10 stars i would.

Awful service. Do not buy tires here. They will RIP you off and cause damage to your car and take no responsibility. Stay away from this company.

Went in to have a battery replaced and instead of telling me they were unable to do it, they attempted to put the wrong battery in my car. It shorted out the entire CCC bus system, along with many other electronics. They told me that they would pay for any damages yet, when I came to them with the bill they refused because of "new owners". I now have over 200 dollars of debt into fixing my car's entire electronic system. this is unacceptable and even if they are new owners, they should respect that this was a problem they inherited when they bought the company. So, if they offer to replace your battery, remind yourself that they are a tire shop so that you don't end up in the same situation as me. On a good note, they are great with tires!

Only place i go there awesome and friendly.. They explain whats going on with your car i have nothing but good things to say about them... Nothing but good experiences everyone is always very helpful. Only place i will GO for My CAR.. 10 Stars and Patrick still there i been dealing with him down along road with my old car and he is awesome.. Go there you will be very Happy..

Extremely helpful staff, we are from Florida and had a issue with our vehicle, once the tow truck driver dropped the car Rodney was right on top of looking at it. Not one other local shop would look at it today but they got us straight in and back on the road within an hour.

Worse service possible! Had 10 a.m. appointment to purchase/mount/balance 4 camper tires. Dropped off tires before 10 and was told would be ready before 1 p.m. Being from out of town could only visit a few stores opened on Sunday. Returned by 1 and was told had been unable to get to them because busy but if given another hour would have ready. Returned this time and was told they NEVER HAD THE TIRES IN STOCK! All manager would say was Sorry but inventory was off. 4 1/2 hours later and that's is all. Would NEVER RECOMMEND this MACON, GA BUSINESS. Terrible customer service!

Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service was efficient and prices were lower than a few other places I called for quotes. Definitely will be back and will be telling my friends and family about the great service.

As a woman it's hard to find an auto repair place that is respectful.
That is not the case here, these guys are wonderful.
This place is clean, and well kept up, you can tell that the guys here really really care about what they do.
Their fun and friendly and not pushy.
They're helpful.
it's just a real different experience than I've had at other places.
So I want to give a shout out to all the guys working here, you guys are awesome and I will definitely be back for any repairs or car maintenance that I believe you can take care of...

One of the cleanest restrooms I've ever seen. Being in a wheelchair it's nice to go in a public restroom that you don't have to clean before you use, side step nastiness, or feel like you need a shower when you come out. Kudos!!
And the service for the tires was amazing too. We ran over something while we out & went straight there. It was 20-25 minutes before they closed but they still got us fixed up & everyone was super nice & very accommodating!
