Very poor service can not call the store you can always drive there I asked after the reason why there is no phone number to call after the reason was that they had no time to take the phone! And the staff is rather arrogant and don't really bother to speak to the customer properly!
Bad store! The service is worth nothing and they will keep you on the line! Have lost my phone for over 2 months now without any prospects! KPN No more for me!

Appointment made yesterday for 2 people. With the continuation that we stand there and could enter to 1 person. Badly communicated !! And a bit hazy that 2 people are scheduled by their Appointment and only 1 is allowed in !!

We were there just after opening time on Sunday. Very busy and have to wait a long time. Employee said that this is every Sunday between 12 and 2 pm. Neat and quickly helped.

If now both your subscription expires as a couple, you may not both enter at the same time.
I went to 3 stores in EHV and nowhere after waiting an hour we could enter, and if you just come in as a couple in other stores, I think that the KPN is exaggerating everything now.
If KPN wants to keep their customers, it will still be tapped out of another barrel. Even at an XL-KPN store there are only two people working to help customers, why is this called an XL store ??

If I still have 14 days until my subscription expires, then hope that the KPN will go differently, otherwise I doubt that I will continue with the KPN.

Myself plus 9 other people had to wait outside for three quarters of an hour and were not helped yet while there was only three people inside it was scandalous with this heat I went to Eindhoven shopping center woensel and was immediately helped as it should
Last week, I exchanged a TV modem of 10 years old without any problems, unfortunately the new one does not work properly.
Trying to exchange at kpn xl ekkersrijt but employee does not want to exchange it at first, as the power supply was not there despite the power supply of the new one that could be kept there (ego discussion because it is about nothing!). After this discussion about an appointment which is understandable (despite last week without problems) now that two employees in the shop 0 customers are also not willing to hand it over outside if necessary.
In short, thinking along and being willing is not worthy of KPN!

After many problems with the WiFi at home made an appointment with a technician. The doorbell rang and there it was Mo. Everything once and for all now well connected. Even the invoice has been fully reimbursed. Customer service 2.0 is this. Top arranged by the KPN Ekkersrijt branch.
Very slow staff. We had to wait more than 45 minutes before we were helped.
Behind 2 staff members were pleasant to neighborhoods, but nobody helped. Bit frustrating.
Customer stop at KPN? Already 4 calls with KPN Zakelijk (each half an hour). Order keeps disappearing, but it should be fine after that. Then no message even though this is promised. They are now going to look further ... they kept referring to external companies that make mistakes while I only called KPN directly for business purposes.
If this is not ok within 1 day, I will look further and buy iPhone 12 with subscriptions elsewhere. Too bad, already bad service while we are not even a customer.

Service is a difficult word. Mountain promises, but then it clears up. As long as you have no problem it is all right, but owee if something is wrong.

ordering wifi extender with vvv-bon was not possible, only via internet. Tried at home, but with customer service on the line this turned out not to be possible :-(

Huge store and only 3 man staff when I got here. One of them was only receiving people and registering something on a laptop. If it also helped, there might have been fewer people waiting. I just went because I'm not going to wait an hour for something like a few minutes

We had something with the telephone (settings) and were helped very correctly, while waiting we could enjoy a cup of coffee in a sitting area. The store was very well maintained and well arranged. The desks where the people were helped are strategically placed, you had a bit of privacy.
All in all, a good shop where you were helped as a guest.
You should only go here if you are not in a hurry. They are always understaffed here so it always takes 30/45 minutes for your turn. Do something about KPN. For small things you better go to the media market across the street.

Wanted to buy a black iphone 11 last Friday for a birthday tomorrow (Wednesday), but it was out of stock. The seller named Tommie told them they will certainly arrive on Monday and I will reserve one for sale under the same conditions, given our contact details and he would call on Monday if it is back in stock. It is Tuesday and has not heard anything. I went to the store myself .... I tell them no, he is sold out again and suddenly more expensive. Weird story and absolutely not customer friendly. Now no iphone in black for the birthday.
