Not the type of person to write reviews but this place just blows my mind. I went in on 9/11/2020 to a get a oil change. 1st of all the customer that come in after me got his oil changed before me. The customer was asking me how he was getting service before I was. I told him I had no idea.
Well I finally got my oil changed in my truck and got halfway home and the message center on my truck said I was low in oil and needed to add oil.
The oil pressure was fine so I went on home Mavis was closed by now.
When I got home I checked the oil in my truck and the oil was not touching the dipstick. I saw a 1-800 number to call at the top of my receipt if I was not 100% satisfied, so I called it and give the lady all of my information and the situation. She said she would get it to the right people and have them to call me.
Needless to say today is the 17th and I have not heard a word from anyone. Back to the oil situation I live about 25 miles from the Mavis on Presidential Pkwy so Saturday morning I go to the parts store and buy 3 quarts of oil thinking they only put 5 quarts of oil in my truck witch takes 8 quarts. Sure enough my truck was 3 quarts of oil low. And seems like no one cares. Don`t get me wrong I am not looking for a free oil change not even looking for a discount just looking for someone to step up and take responsibility. I am a business owner in middle Ga have been for 26 years and when my employees make a mistake or I make one I own up to it and take full responsibility. I am sick and tired of these big chain stores thinking they are untouchable and do what they want. So with that being said I know the person that keeps up with these reviews is going to come on here and say oh how sorry they are and for me to call a certain number. NO!!! You call me you have my information Mavis screwed up not me. Why should I take anymore time out of my day to make it right when Mavis screwed up.
