After being told there was a 15 minute wait, 1 hour and 45 minutes later, I left. Used them in the past, won't be back!

The staff was awesome!!! Excellent service. I was greeted at the door as I walked in and on my way out. Great place of business with positive atmosphere. Would recommend this shop any day. Will definitely return.

I love the service you get. The gentlemen are always a pleasure to work with and it's nice to go somewhere and not feel like they are just trying to get your money.

Michael and Gerius showed immaculate customer service. They both kept me updated on my vehicle and its maintenance needs.

I love this location. Things run smoothly and its thanks to the boss man. Patrick. Things have been getting done in a timely manner with little issues since he was hired on. Definitely recommend bringing in vehicles or if you're looking to work, this would be the location to be.

These guys are super friendly and quick. It's nice to find an honest and affordable shop.

If appointment is at 10:00am and im still waiting at 12:27pm. So why not schedule for a later time. Why you want me to wait your schedule out if im making a appointment? I was the next person in line for two and the half hours. While other cars went before me.You guys can do better then that.

The guys here are AWESOME and very HONEST!!! The first time I went I had my battery replaced and it was quick! The customer service is always on point. The second time I took my vehicle I thought I needed brakes. The young man could have took advantage of the situation but he didn't. He showed me I didn't need brakes, just a little spray to stop the squealing (due to frequent car washing). He didn't charge me and told me to come back if that didn't stop the issue. I'm very picky about who I let work on my vehicle but I definitely have found a place at Mavis!!! Keep up the great work guys!!

The service people were very good. The biggest problem is the time. It just took 5 1/2 hours to swap 4tires that to me is not acceptable.

They went above and beyond to help assist given our circumstances involving an accident. I appreciate the services they provided. We are very grateful!

Terrible customer service experience. Terrible communication. Took 4 days for them to complete a 1.5 hour job with zero compensation offered. I was without my car over a weekend and had to have my wife drive a total of 240 miles to pick me up and drop me off a couple of times since they left me stranded without vehicle. I will never use them again. I would have given zero stars, but that's not an option.

Called to ask how much a tire rotation would be. The guy who answered said they d do it for free. I was shocked, and double checked and asked if he was sure. He said yes, no cost. Gave them my info, and he said I could come anytime.

So I drove all the way there, went in, and the guy tells me it s $40 something.. which really wasted my time.

I would triple check on prices before coming here.

Beware of this location! Took a vehicle to get an oil change, my vehicle required a specific amount, the staff short me almost 3 quarts of oil. These people at this location are unknowledgeable in regards to their profession, I am amaze that they continue to work on people's cars.

Let me just say I had a not so good experience at another Mavis store. However, I decided to give this store a try because it was close to my job. Mr. Mike and his crew has this store running smooth. They were very informative about my vehicle. He kept his promise on my appt. because I arrived late the day before. Mavis train you other service managers and mechanics at this store. They provide exceptional service.

Although courteous, the sales people were a little distant after I would not buy a battery there.

They got me in and out pretty fast. The employees have always been professional and courteous. One plus for this store is that they have an area for kids with a TV showing cartoons.

All I can say is thank you Mr. Mike at Macon, GA location. He used to be at the location in Kathleen, GA and I had done business there in the past. I went back there looking for his amazing service and he wasnt there, I decided to go ahead and have service done at that location and I had a horrible experience. Something told me to check the Macon location and he.. HIMSELF restored my faith in Mavis. This man knows how to talk to people, treat people, and doesnt try to bait and switch folks. This company should definitely model all their associates after this man. Thank you Mr. Mike!!!!! I will now be coming to this location for my needs.

Went to Mavis Tire to get two new tires. However Mike was such a fantastic help with financing and such that I was able to get 4 tires and alignment!!

I had issues with my car and was originally told it was the wheel barrel...I paid and it did not fix the problem. Then i was guaranteed it was the motor mounts..and it was not the problem...and i paid 420 to replace 2 motor mounts...now I'm being told it might be the be the muffler. I told the manager i wasn't pleased with the service and he offensively said girl please. The taller guys is very pleasant with great customer skills..but the so called manager is not.

Saved my life today. Hit something on 75 in Forsyth, Ga. After sitting for a few hours waiting for help for my tire I drove here and got a new tire and back on the road I went again.

Needed an emergency stop due to a front end wobble. They were friendly and courteous. Got me in and back on the road. Definitely a 5 star rating.

Had to new tires put on and drove home. Tire leaking air and now sitting in my parking lot on a flat. I told them that to guy who was putting on tire appeared to not know what he was doing on the same specific tire that is flat.
Once they fixed this I will not return unless I m appropriately compensate for my safety and inconvenience. The tires don t even look new.

I went in for a tire pressure sensor replacement on my Benz, and I received quick professional service and a reasonable price. I would recommend this location.

We can t say enough good things about this establishment. We were driving from Indiana to Florida and had a rear tire blow out on I-75. Leon was extremely helpful and very nice. All of the other guys in the shop were also super nice and professional. They pointed out a few other things that our car needs but not urgently and did not try to push us to have those things done while we were there. We appreciated that very much because now we can take our car to the dealership when we get home and have those things checked out. They got us back on the road quickly and, I can t stress this enough, Leon and the other employees were the epitome of kind, polite, and professional. The garage area was also impressively clean for an auto garage.

I have rarely given a poor review.... but the experience I have had with this company warrants the trouble. My lady went in to get tires for her full sized van, a 1978 G20 with a powerfully built 360 chevy small block mill (350 punched 60 over), and they put on tires for a compact car that simply were not rated for much more than 1/3 of the load. Original tire specs were provided, yet they mounted these toys, instead. She has two toddlers, and is a hard working, single mother.... They said they would remedy their error, but after we arrived at the shop they changed their tune. Multiple locations followed suit, offering to put the MUCH CHEAPER, Better Suited tires on the vehicle.... and then telling us to kick rocks. She is moving for work and unable to do so safely. The staff was great! They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They patched a tire for me. I appreciate them being open during this difficult time. I didn't not have an appointment but my wait was not long!

[ ] I brought my car in a Thursday at 12pm just to get brand new tires and alignment. They called and said my front brakes were bad and needed to be changed I was like okay go ahead. Car didn't end up being ready till 7. Started driving home on interstate and car started shaking. Drove right back to shop and told them. One of the techs didn't even know what it meant... that was concerning . The guy from the front desk had to tell him it needed to be balanced. He supposedly took it on a test drive after it was supposedly balanced. I started to go back home and it was still shaking by this time it's 8pm. I go back on Friday morning and ask for Manager....Jarius. He apologizes and says he will take care of it himself by balancing tires. Take the car home and even though the shaking stopped my car wasn't riding right and veering to the right. Took the car to my dad to let him check it out and he noticed the tires looked worn,dusty as If they had been on someone else's car previously.took the car back AGAIN at Saturday to try to get the car fixed. the manager swore up and down the tires were new when both me and my dad were like NO way. I was extremely upset and tired by this point and went OFF.i told them I wanted my car fixed or just give me my money back. Jarius, the manager ended up putting different tires on himself and doing an alignment. the tires looked great and my car rode like she did before I went to them. The manager Jarius was nice but as management if a customer keeps coming back like I was you need to do something to resolve the situation because obviously I was given used tires that were bad.DO NOT give your business to Mavis, the techs working there don't have a clue. Go elsewhere and spend your money.

While on a road trip I had issues with my tire. We called them first thing I m the morning and they were able to get us in and out in less than an hour. All of the other local shops that we called weren t even able to get us in same day. They were all very nice and Rodney was our service tech. He was great! Thank you so much!!!

This place is amazing!!! They just opened a month ago and sent out a tire coupon. I was able to purchase a full set of tires for only 42.00 more than a used set!! Immediately after they installed the tires my car misfired and needed some engine work. They treated me so well I couldn't believe the price of the repair work and how they wanted to help me out. A few days later my battery cable was loose and could not be tightened entirely so I stopped by there to see if you could help me and they met me in the parking lot and fixed it and sent me on my way. They are so friendly and did not mind helping me. My

Go into Kauffman for a 15-min oil change (that's what the sign outside says) for $24. Have fun saying "No" at least TEN times when they badger to buy lots of additional services. Have fun sitting there for an HOUR. When my bill came up, it was $60 because I gave them the okay to replace the air-filter, never assuming it would add $30 to my bill since I could buy one for $12 and change it myself in 15 seconds...

Sold us tires that didn't fit my rims then blamed me for their mistake. We had a flat the first night. New tires. Had another flat the second week after they installed them. Sad excuse for a tire company.

Had my brakes serviced at this location! I called several other competitors and Mavis gave me the cheapest rates for the service! The staff was friendly and informed me of my charges and offered a payment plan. The lobby/waiting room was very clean and they even had chairs spaced 6 feet apart! Thanks Mavis Team!!

Unprofessional had my car for 2 days very rude pulled up to get my car battery dead hood up no one around windows down they never called me about my car not once will never come here again

I got to the store Around about 9 this morning at 4 people in front of me and I was seen about 9:15 and I was out of there by 10 which is a good thing the manager was very nice

Got in right away, prorated my old tires since I bought them at Mavis. Went with a different tire, and they were professional and friendly. There was a problem with some of my lug nuts and they took care of them. Clean lobby and establishment. I'll always go back there for any tire needing the future. Highly recommend you talk to Michael.

Was not happy about I was going to have all 4 tire replace and front end alignment done.. they put the new tires on and then they tell me that tie rod and wheel bearings was needing to be replace and they didn't have a person do this I did see the tie rod one was out ... why did they put the new tires on and then tell me you sell me $800 dollars in tire then tell me I need $400 in wheel bearing and $125 tie rod

I had an appointment for 10 AM for an oil change and they still had not taken my car back by 10:30. They told me it would still be 45 minutes before they could get it in. I drove a half hour for the appointment just to waste my time. I left and went to Express Oil Change and they got it changed in 15 minutes.

I had to visit on my way back to Atlanta due to an emergency, two flat tires. Was towed to Mavis and the staff could not have been more friendly. The tires just required repair and not replacement. If you are in their area, definitely recommend them!!

Always a good experience. They dont get in a hurry but use there time wisely. Sometimes someone might complain about the time . The way I look at it is I'll be glad wait for good trusted service. The manager is always checking on everyone and everything. I'm happy so far

I went in for an alignment. Found out the vehicle needed serious front-end work. Jay was able to help me sign up for the Flex Pay plan. I really appreciated all the help & service.

Bought 4 brand new tires before I got home one was flat turns out air leaking out they ripped the seal putting it on.... Then I had to wait 3 days for another tire to come in ... Fast forward 2 weeks Christmas day had another flat tire same thing air leaking out with kids in the car and presents in the trunk had to change a tire on the side of the road.... So now I've been there 4 times about tire issues and top it off they lied and told reginal manager they told me they were the wrong tires for my rims be told me I have to pay more for the right tires I have spent 9 hrs total for my tires to still be wrong and did not put my time in the trunk where they got it out from

Manager Michael Mims provided excellent customer service. I shared my price point and he was extremely knowledgeable about the product that best suited my needs.

1st visit there was fine, next one, not at all. Not only did I have a appointment, I waited 3 hours JUST for my car to go back, then was told something different was wrong than what I was told the 1st time I took it there, why was I told two different things, and I will never go through that wait again... I even called before I Went to make sure that it was okay and that I would be seen. Will be going elsewhere for certain.

My telephone call to the local store went to the corporate answering service. The operator was nice and he set me up to have 2 tires installed the following afternoon. When I arrived at the store, the tires I wanted installed, which I were told were in stock, were not! They had to be ordered for the next day. The next morning I called to check on the status and once again, corporate answering service... I told the operator that I needed to talk to the store, but, he would not connect me saying he could take care of my question. I told him that the corporate answering service had already wasted several hours of my time and I didn't need that to happen again. He said that was rude and hung up on me... the folks at the local store were very friendly when I finally got thru to them. This MAVIS corporate nonsense needs to understand that as customer's we have the ability to spend our hard earned money where we choose. If it wasn't for the friendly folks at the local store, my money would have gone somewhere else!

I love this place I didn't want to get a tire so they did the extreme to fix the holes in my tire but they did that ppl should show them love
