Went in to have a battery replaced and instead of telling me they were unable to do it, they attempted to put the wrong battery in my car. It shorted out the entire CCC bus system, along with many other electronics. They told me that they would pay for any damages yet, when I came to them with the bill they refused because of "new owners". I now have over 200 dollars of debt into fixing my car's entire electronic system. this is unacceptable and even if they are new owners, they should respect that this was a problem they inherited when they bought the company. So, if they offer to replace your battery, remind yourself that they are a tire shop so that you don't end up in the same situation as me. On a good note, they are great with tires!
