Good afternoon, I need help since I have blocked my hotmail account that I used to work for more than 15 years. I have done the tests but it is denied. I write the last 4 digits of my cell phone so they can send me the code and it never arrives. Please I need a solution.

It's great!...if you work there...I was just passing through, looked down on like scum. Just had a job to do and was greeted with open hostility. Sad, really. A bunch of Millennials with no manners or respect.
I am not a regular user of my laptop. So, I decided to give it to my daughter after she needed to replace hers. I forgot my device password, so I thought. After speaking with Microsoft Tech Support, I've realized that my account may have been compromised, and my password changed (?). The support rep stated it would take about 2 hours to reset my password, at $79.95/hr. He wanted me to pay $160 right then & there to reset my password. Surprised, I told the rep that was unreasonable. His response, "either you pay it, or your laptop will be useless. It's up to you to you to remember your password". This was after he suggested that there was suspicious activity on my account by way of Nigeria. The rep did not respond well when I suggested the difficulty I was having might have been site security related. No empathy exhibited and no professionalism exhibited at all.
I am so tried of companies forcing you to do something they want. No more choice. No more options. You except windows 10 or we will shove it down your throat.
Definitely underwhelming visitor center. There are some artifacts, but it's mostly just a store.
Microsoft costs me a lot too much for the many bugs he brought me. TQM = 0.1 Perhaps TQM = 0.01
Food is slowly getting better. Everything else seems to be still stuck in 2000s.
For a tech headquarters it is very unimpressive and uninspired. It is a testament to mediocrity. What more can you expect from a company like Microsoft?
I purchased Windows 8 and weeks later the activation was no good any more. I called and they remotely accessed my computer and hacked my Registry and REFUSED to give me a valid Product Key. Weeks later the activation failed again and I spent another $152.17 and purchased A SECOND COPY. Now the $219.99 I spent on Office Home and Business 2013 is broken 1 month after getting it. I tried to get support and they called me, then made me wait over 10 minutes until they picked up the phone. They wanted to remote access again, and I said no. AND HE PROMPTLY HUNG UP. When I called the number in my Caller ID it was to an X-Box office and they wanted the serial number of an X-Box I do not own, so they REFUSED to help!!!!!
I generally am not one to write letters complaining but I think I need to in this case. I am disabled so gaming is the main thing I have to help keep my mind busy. a bunch of my friends and I feel the same about this .we are cod fans been playing together for years we couldn't wait for the new modern warfare and or black ops to come out. everytime mod warfare would we where happy and excited to have the game. but this last game black ops two you guys are working together with trey arc to make this game.well this is the first time I feel I wasted my money on this game .I know you probably hear this all the time and I'm sorry to complain.but I live on a set income. and I expected the game to be good .but they cheapened the game black ops two down where the planes and trophies and general feel of the game all feels cheap. it has the feel of halo more than mod warfare. my Xbox name is hyperfreak101 you can see I am a gamer but I will never buy another trey arc game again. we have all gone back to mw3 . Until mw4 comes out. Thank you for listening .I know you are a busy man goodbye and have a good day Sir. thank you. Gerald Todd sr
The review is product related and does not refer to the physical location with which this business listing is associated. I've been a Microsoft end-user since the latter 1980's when I used the family PC (then labeled as "IBM Compatible") to play games and complete homework. I started out with MS DOS and remember the commands used to navigate and display the contents of directories (now called "Folders") and access the various command and executable files that launched programs (now called "Apps"). My world was rocked when we got a copy of Windows 3.1. I recall SEEING my files in the OOED environment and creating shortcuts to easily launch my favorite software titles. I was DELIGHTED to make the acquaintance of the early versions of MS Word and Excel in the early 1990's (I was HATING that unfriendly Word Perfect produced by those other guys). I remember meeting Windows 95 and my resulting shock and anger, soon to be replaced with acceptance and happiness (the Start button took some getting used to). My use of the CTRL shortcuts to copy and paste became almost involuntary. I hailed the Format Painter as the new sliced bread. I functioned and formulated my spreadsheets to hyper-productive states of FURY! I oohhhhed and ahhhhhed my email recipients with fraction characters and degree symbols (ALT+...). I timed my slide transitions to superfly music, resulting in BAD TO THE BONE slide shows. I found multiple ways to skin the cats of file management. I always found the Apple / Mac world to be so dull, limited, and frankly cult-like. I was all PC, all the way. Other than the tax code-like nature of Microsoft's reference books, I had no significant complaints about the Microsoft world. But then, I bought a little Windows 10 machine and fell captive to the evil Update Monster who took my machine hostage at numerous, critical times, resulting in great inconvenience and frustration (and the awful degradation of my machine's performance). I grimaced as the silly Hello feature demanded a PIN that NEVER WORKED. My beloved, obsessively used OneNote became plagued with syncing errors between devices and platforms. And oh the system errors upon system errors! Why?! My frustration gave way to bitterness and the resolve to find a new system. No, I didn't go the Apple way; I once had to heavily use an iPad at my old job and GOOD GRIEF it was a MISERABLE experience in minimalist mediocrity. No, I instead set my sites on the Chrome world. The Android OS, discovered via one of my early smart phones, was like finding cold water in the desert. So much flexibility, clean interface, and consistent performance... I researched the Chromebook to death and found that while it had some quirks and idiosyncrasies that still deny it perfection status to this date, the reliable, SMOOTH performance and stability of its platform is second to none. From a cold boot, my bad little Chromebook can have me logged in and launching an app in ten seconds or less. Even my power-packed Samsung Galaxy phone can't get there that quickly. Microsoft, oh Microsoft, please don't be content to become the aging, short-sighted Montgomery Ward of the software industry. Loosing sight of your customers' wants and needs and failing to listen to their feedback will only destroy your organization and yield your position to a competitor who DEMONSTRATES that the customer (and employee) is the true bottom line. Gone are your days of greatness; look how far you have fallen. I hope you can become great again and further advance the computing world. Please realize first that you're not entitled to have my future business; you'll instead have to earn it. Chris
Hello Microsoft. I am using a DESKTOP COMPUTER with DUAL 24 INCH DISPLAYS and a LASER MOUSE, why do I have to click through HUGE Windows 10 settings menus that look like they are designed for a tablet? So much wasted space!! I have to scroll down a page that has only 6 clickable buttons because for SOME REASON you decided to place 2 more HUGE buttons below the fold. WHY are the default settings so TERRIBLE? NO I do not want your stupid xbox app. NO I do not want my computer to update by itself. NO I do not want onedrive or see onedrive logos all over the place. NO I do not want the edge browser to pop up when I'm opening a link through a folder. NO I do not want notifications enabled. NO I do not want to use your stupid robot lady search engine. TOO MUCH TO LIST!! I'M GIVING YOU 2 STARS INSTEAD OF 1 ONLY BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS BROKEN PIECE OF SOFTWARE AND YOUR HEADQUARTERS LOOK PREEETTY COOL.
Cooosa? Mi aspettavo di vedere quello che ho letto sul vostro sito e invece mi ritrovo solo uno stanzino pieno di bambini che giocano all'xbox. Non andateci se non conoscete qualcuno che vi faccia visitare qualcosa di decente.
Microsoft products are the worst and I quote the worst selling product on the market. I have had nothing but problems with Microsoft. There computers are the most horrible investment. Go with apple. It will never let you down. Bill Gates your a rip off.
I give one star for Xbox. Then I give it another star because it pays my paychecks.
I cannot edit a Word document after doing a Windows Update. I called MS Support for Office 365 Business and the person then transferred me to another department. The woman acknowledged that she only dealt with installation issues. Then why was I transferred to her? Anyway, she took access to my computer and saw the problem which wasted my time. She gave me another number to call which I did--twice. The first time the automatic voice recognition couldn't understand me. I called back and was transferred to Support and spoke to a woman who said basically that she couldn't help me. She said that she would transfer me to the correct department. (I found out later from her supervisor that she was going to transfer me to the same department that couldn't help me earlier.) I asked to speak to her supervisor. I finally was able to speak to him. He told me that they don't provide Support for Word! He said that I need to create a case online. So I started to do that and then got to the point of being required to pay for it. I objected because the issue just started after a Windows Update and it was obviously a bug or bugs in Word. He basically said he couldn't do anything to help but I would have to pay first and then the Support person may waive the fee which is $499! I was told plainly by a person at the Microsoft Store that if I purchased an Office subscription, that I would get free Support. So I spent approximately 1 1/2 hours on the phone trying to get Support for Office 365 Business and all I did was waste my time and add to my frustration--and still am unable to finish editing the Word document to put on a Website! Having hassles like this with Microsoft Support is all too common. I am guessing that by now, I have perhaps spent approximately 55 hours on the phone and also dealing with multiple Office 365 Business issues this year after purchasing it in mid February.
Virtual agent is not helpful, And when I asked it to connect me to a person It just asked me more and more questions, No result
