I purchased Windows 8 and weeks later the activation was no good any more. I called and they remotely accessed my computer and hacked my Registry and REFUSED to give me a valid Product Key. Weeks later the activation failed again and I spent another $152.17 and purchased A SECOND COPY. Now the $219.99 I spent on Office Home and Business 2013 is broken 1 month after getting it. I tried to get support and they called me, then made me wait over 10 minutes until they picked up the phone. They wanted to remote access again, and I said no. AND HE PROMPTLY HUNG UP. When I called the number in my Caller ID it was to an X-Box office and they wanted the serial number of an X-Box I do not own, so they REFUSED to help!!!!!
