I ve used Window World twice: once to replace 35 year old windows in my house and now for a remodel. Both experiences were exceptional. From my first meeting with sales (Norman), to the installers (Israel and Joe). Thanks guys for all the hard work you do; you all did an outstanding job! The windows are beautiful - I absolutely love them.
Window World of Alburquerque has top notch installers Mike and Mikie. I d give them 6 stars if possible.
However, the management of Window World doesn t know one thing about customer service, best business practices, or how to meet any customer expectations. I d stay away from this company, and hopefully Mike and Mikie find a better place of employment.

Israel, the technician who came to my house to do repairs on the windows was very knowledgeable and creative in coming up with solutions to fix my windows. He had to greatly improvise the repairs since the parts to my old windows were no longer available.
This is the second time we have used Window World with Israel as the lead installer. He was punctual, polite, very neat and careful, and kept us apprised of his progress. We have an older home with lots of irregularities, and he and his assistant Anthony worked hard to systematically address each difficulty. Highly professional! I do wish that Window World would have kept us informed of the frequent and lengthy delays in the order, but having Israel do the installation made the delays worth it.
Norman was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciate the time he took to show us the product, demonstrating all of the features of Window World's windows.

They made it very easy to see and purchase the windows that I wanted. On the day that they were delivered and to be installed. One of the windows did not fit. They installed the other four Windows and did a very good job and cleaned up after everything. I haven't received the call as to when the last window will be In and it can be installed. . But so far everything is gone very well except for the minor glitch with the wrong window.
Timely installation in spite of all COVID19 delays, cordial and professional. I've changed all my home windows and sliding doors for nearly 60 % less than other companies and they are beautiful and good quality.
From my first call to the repair/installation our experience with Window World was great. Latacia was extremely helpful & patient with answering all of my questions. Installation was to replace floor to ceiling glass and put in regular windows which required basically a new little wall to be put in and they did that too. Everything flawless.
Found Window World by fluke. Was referred to another company by friend and mistook them for other. What a nice mistake we made. Russ provided no pressure in home sales with thorough information in response to our continuous inquiries. He made certain to follow up on our order every step of the way. Even accompanied installer, Mr Iz, to assist measuring and discuss our objectives. Mr. Iz is an amazing, talented and meticulous craftsman. He made our vision of a huge sliding door where a window once was come to fruition which was no small task. I'm accustomed to having to point out defects in workmanship and debris left by contractors. Never happened with Mr Iz. Mr. Iz sets the standard for how ALL work should be performed. The quality of windows appears good and is a nice upgrade. Time will tell and hope dont need to call in on lifetime warranty. Competitively priced and good looking product.

Wow! We had a big job and I am so happy we decided to go with Window World! We have 19 very large and high windows in our home, many of which had been leaking since they were installed in 1994. Because of the leakage, our foundation and framing were completely rotted away, something the stucco had been hiding from our eyes. The team at Window World did a fantastic job of uncovering and fixing this problem. The installers were previous home builders and we felt extremely comfortable with their knowledge and expertise. They were able to pull back much of our stucco to where the rot stopped and re build many of the sections around each window (we also had the help of a professional framer for some of the areas). I truly felt like they cared about their job, our home, and us as individuals. They went above and beyond to ensure our job was done correctly so that we would never experience leakage again. I would choose Window World over and over again and have since recommended them to family and friends. Our house is beautiful, our windows are outstanding, and the quality is out of this world!!!! Great Product and a more than fair price. I thought I could not afford windows for my home in Rio Rancho after Anderson came out and told me over $10,000.00. I purchased windows for my whole house several years ago. I purchased with the Lifetime Warranty expectancy. A few days ago, I went into the store and spoke to a woman in the back room and told her my dilemma that the window sills were peeling. I had my paperwork with me and she took copies as to look up my work done and would follow up with a call. The next day she called and left a message stating they no longer carried the windows they had put in my house and could not help me! What happened to a Lifetime Warranty? Not a truthful company and would not recommend!

Your design consultant,Drew Waterfall arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, and demonstrated a concern about my house by putting over boots on his shoes to avoid tracking into my home. After inquiring what i was wanting on a door installation he took some measurements and we then sat and discussed you products and your warranty verses other products offered on the market. He presented options available to the door we wanted. When all was said and done i believe that i will be getting a superior product at what turned out to be less cost then your nearest competitors discounted base price. This was done without any pressure or details of the competing bids being revealed. To be quite honest was set to use your competitor and obtaining your bid was just a formality. From very beginning, the process was easy and went very smoothly. Drew gave me a very reasonable estimate and Shawn and Anthony were very professional and punctual. They were meticulous about the install and cleanup and left my house in perfect condition. The windows are a great value and a quality product. My house is so much warmer and quieter. I love how easily they slide out and can be removed for easy cleaning. They also have double locks for added security. I couldn't be happier with my new windows.

The best place for new windows! The entire process was awesome! They scheduled a free estimate with me and the guy was great. The price was unbeatable! Renew al by Anderson wanted $5k for 2 windows. Other places were similar. I got 5 windows installed by Window World for about half that! The installation did not take long to schedule and was done very professionally. They were completely done and had everything cleaned up in about 7 hours. The windows look and function amazingly! The house now maintains temperature far better than I could have guessed, and I cannot feel any breeze coming through the new windows on the coldest, windiest days. The original windows were 25 years old and awful! I highly recommend Window World be your first and only choice. They certainly will be mine.
We had the most amazing experience! The company was very professional - they came out and measured our windows and in 2 weeks had them in and installed quickly- The quality of the work and the professionalism of the workers and the entire staff was amazing! The salesman did a great job in selling me the windows. One of the things that stood out that was great to me was that they have had the same installers for many years and they've always done a great job. Well I didn't get to experience that. My insulation took place on January 30th through February 1st. Right away I noticed there was air coming in from each and every window and sliding door. They were not able to come out to inspect them until February 15th. Upon inspection Izzy found out that his guys did not do their job correctly. In some instances they did not put the little brush / seal on the windows and other places they did not go around the whole windows. Izzy was able to do a few windows. According to the salesman he was not able to come back until February 26th to finish fixing the rest of the windows. Izzy did an excellent job. To be honest if I were to buy another house, I would not do business with window world again.
Window installation estimate. My entire experience was very positive. I was called prior to the appointment time and the gentleman was right on time. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more knowledgeable person. He was very professional and I felt I could trust him - that he wouldn't try to sell me something I didn't need or couldn't afford. I had vague ideas about what I wanted so he patiently answered all my questions and educated me about best practices and procedures. Window World should be proud that this man, Drew Waterfall, works for the company By the way, I did sign the contract and feel good about my decision.
Do not use this company if you have anything more complicated then a simple frame jump. They left gouges in the wall, foam stuck to the drywall, and didn't even complete the work they said they would do in terms of trim out, etc.
Its a shame, because they have a really good quality window at a good price, but do not know anything beyond the bare minimum necessary to put them in your house. Their installers are courteous and know the window portion cold, but you better plan to have someone clean up after them.
Additionally, you will never hear them admit anything is their fault. No matter what, someone else is to blame, and don't expect them to apologize.
In our case, we went with them as they did the other windows in our house for a previous owner, and we wanted them to match. However, their customer service is bad, and I would strongly recommend going with either Glass Rite or Don's over Window World.

Israel, our install manager and warranty rep is amazing to work with. I have recommended friends to install with Wondow World. The referral program is a nice incentive to get others to buy from Window World. Check if any referral specials are running when you talk to folks about buying. Sometimes the normal rate of $50/reference is increased during promotion periods. Follow up with the office managers if your referral check is "lost in the mail." I was able get mine reissued after they researched that the check hadn't been cashed.
I would likely buy windows from Window World again, especially if Israel is our job manager again. The quality and price of their windows would keep me a returning customer.
Drew came out to give an estimate for replacing two of our windows. Drew spent a lot of time with us as we told him why we wanted to replace the windows and discussed whether their company put on security film. I am thankful he took the time to explain why putting security film on the windows could cause problems in the future. I asked about getting several other windows replaced with safety glass because of changes we wanted to make in the room. He told us about different options and that we could get windows that are laminated which would protect like the security film and also give good UV and solar gain protection. Thank you for educating us.
Absolutely amazing team. Worked around the weather as best they could while it was raining. Workers were very professional. Even came back an extra day to make sure things were installed correctly instead of rushing to finish. Cant beat the great price too. We love our new windows. I researched six different window companies in Albuqerque and obtained quotes from three of them. I chose Window World because of the AMMA Gold and Energy Star certifications that are combined with functionality, performance, and aesthetics. I could not find this level of quality at the same price anywhere else. Norm was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and I can t recommend him enough. He went the extra mile when it comes to customer service! I will update my review once the windows are installed. I am very confident in Window World!

The service was very good from start to finish. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable and was available when I had questions even after the sale. The customer service was always helpful and was sensitive to getting my windows and doors installed in a timely manner. The installation team was awesome. They were professional and fast. It was an overall pleasant experience. If I knew the windows and patio doors would turn out as good as they did, I would have done this sooner.

I recently helped my mother look for a window company to get some prices for a couple of windows for her one story. We talked to two company s and the second was Window world of Albuquerque. Norman Harty from window world was the gentleman we ended up buying windows from. He gave my mother and i all the information we needed and answered all our questions without taking to much of our time which I personally appreciated. He explained everything in a way my mother and I could understand and left us with no questions. Two months ago I work with Drew waterfall who is the salesman to set up replacing all windows and one sliding patio door. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and everything went as planned based on what he told me. The insulation crew was extremely professional and polite and it all the work was done in 2 1/2 days. I just contacted Drew today because the garage door have needs to be completely replaced he responded back to my texts within about an hour or less and we talked on the phone about what needs to be done with the door. I will always use Drew and I will always work with window world because the quality as far as I'm concerned is unmatched and the customer service is unmatched by anyone else in the industry at least locally. You only gave me five stars to rate I would write down 10 stars or more the quality politeness and professionalism is so far above shoulders of everyone else that I have worked with.
We ordered doors and windows but the wrong doors were sent for our house. We waited over a month for the correct doors to be installed. They did not show up on the scheduled date for the correct door install but still came that week after we called and asked where they were. They said there was a mixup. One of the doors came with a broken screen which they are replacing. Overall, the installers were pleasant but the office side of the business needs some work. For the money it costs the service should be better.

Widow world installed all of my windows in our house and they were all large. Micheal and his helper were fantastic, we did them two at a time. We also had Iseal do our doors (two) big doors. He has also did a phenomal job.Will recommend them. Also salesman Drew was awsume.

I don't leave 5-star reviews very often. But, this company earned it! From start to finish, Window World of ABQ did a top-notch, professional job. My sales person (Norm) was thorough and respectful. When I had questions after his initial visit, he responded in a timely manner. The installers arrived on time, paid extremely close attention to detail, and cleaned up well. The windows look great! Been waiting over 2 months for this company to provide me with a key for the sliding backdoor they installed. Also, broke baseboard molding while installing same back door. Was promised it 1.5 months ago they'd take care of both issues, never heard from them again.

Excellent customer service and communication. Very professional workers and great attention to detail during install; I almost wish I had more windows to replace. My house keeps the internal temperature and my heat runs at least 50% less. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them again.
