Your design consultant,Drew Waterfall arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, and demonstrated a concern about my house by putting over boots on his shoes to avoid tracking into my home. After inquiring what i was wanting on a door installation he took some measurements and we then sat and discussed you products and your warranty verses other products offered on the market. He presented options available to the door we wanted. When all was said and done i believe that i will be getting a superior product at what turned out to be less cost then your nearest competitors discounted base price.
