I purchased windows for my whole house several years ago. I purchased with the Lifetime Warranty expectancy. A few days ago, I went into the store and spoke to a woman in the back room and told her my dilemma that the window sills were peeling. I had my paperwork with me and she took copies as to look up my work done and would follow up with a call. The next day she called and left a message stating they no longer carried the windows they had put in my house and could not help me! What happened to a Lifetime Warranty? Not a truthful company and would not recommend!
