The salesman did a great job in selling me the windows. One of the things that stood out that was great to me was that they have had the same installers for many years and they've always done a great job. Well I didn't get to experience that. My insulation took place on January 30th through February 1st. Right away I noticed there was air coming in from each and every window and sliding door. They were not able to come out to inspect them until February 15th. Upon inspection Izzy found out that his guys did not do their job correctly. In some instances they did not put the little brush / seal on the windows and other places they did not go around the whole windows. Izzy was able to do a few windows. According to the salesman he was not able to come back until February 26th to finish fixing the rest of the windows. Izzy did an excellent job. To be honest if I were to buy another house, I would not do business with window world again.
