Drew arrived on time and we appreciate that he wore the mask the whole time to protect us. He explained fully the manufacturing process and the functionality of your product without being condescending. He gave suggestions but left the decisions up to us. He also showed us how we could replace our sliding door Drew offered me exactly what I have always wanted.. Drew was very professional but also very personable..
