Hello, I bought an Xbox X preorder last year and it started:
- from the very beginning it did not work to turn on the console from the pad
- I turned on the console with the button, but it only turned on the second time (the first press did not give anything)
- one time the console did not turn on at all and stopped on the Xbox logo, somehow I restored the factory settings
- later you could not enter Settings. It just kicked me out of them. What madness!
I finally gave the consoles for repair to Euro RTV AGD in Warsaw in Bemowo.
After 3.5 weeks, I wanted to pick up - I got a text message. I think it was repaired in Slovakia and they scratched it on the back with USB and HDMI. There are a few long scratches, as if I'm plugging cables in while drunk. DRAMA! They scratched the console on the front too and it's raining. I refused to pick up the console and they didn't even report it. I had to go there a second time and smoke it. I've been rocking it for a week now and waiting for decisions.
I advise against buying Xbox X now and avoid this store !!!

I do not recommend Windows 10. This system is a tragedy - I can not install the update, and at this moment I am automatically installing the MS application that tries to update the system without my permission. Of course to no avail.
I spent a few hours chatting with an MS consultant, followed by remote assistance. The quality of support - very poor.
As a result, I was advised to reinstall the system.
I asked to disable the update - can't.
I asked what to do if I cannot reinstall the system now because I am in the process of writing a dissertation and conducting research on a laptop, I received the answer that the decision is mine.
The laptop cannot be used normally because updates are still being started.
I really do not recommend Microsoft. Windows 10 is a weak system, the manufacturer's help also. This type of system (or, as MS says - the service) makes sense if you have good IT technical support, as it is in companies. But even then there are serious problems.
