If I could, I'd give it -5 stars. Disgusting hotline experience. A company like Microsoft gave a machine to solve problems with their products. I'm calling, and there I go to the website, well done. Like the American company, the founder of one of the richest people in the world (the company itself should not be poor), and they cannot afford several operators on the line. Avarice to the limit. I do not recommend, unpleasant experience, if there were more competition, I would not be there, but since there is a monopoly and nowhere to run, unfortunately I have to get tired. Bleeh!
