It is a scandal that you took Skype applications from TVs, please immediately restore these applications at least for TVs that have my TV in the factory-mounted cameras. Samsung S 800 and Samsung F 8500 I bought these TV sets specifically to talk to and watch the whole family via Skype cram the phone or laptop I am a disabled person and hard for me to get up out of bed so only with the TV remote control could talk with family living abroad .M.Polan

We are just struggling with a laptop after the last update of Microsoft 10. The system began to update and fell. It was broken completely. Nothing can be done. Broken user profile. It is impossible to restore the system, restore to factory settings. BSOD everywhere. NO REPAIR OPTIONS AVAILABLE, even final ones. We're losing all data at the moment. This is not an update. Embarrassing customer service on the hotline, you can't do anything, you can't even introduce yourself. Such a powerful company and customer service practically zero. The console returns from repair without any changes (hereinafter with a defect) and it cannot even be sent back immediately (you have to wait 72 hours until they update the delivery status to the Customer ...). Nothing can be done by phone ... you have to put your ears flat and wait. Generally, it is a mockery of the customer. As the icing on the dough they do not have an email address so that you can write your comments ... which could change something in the future. MICROSOFT exists thanks to and for your customers, so respect them and listen to what they say to you ...
Another relish is ordering a conversation (in theory it is possible) - unfortunately it is not feasible - "... sometimes our servers can't do it ..." - and whoever says it, a market leader ... eh ...

Unfortunately, in terms of customer support is one big farce. On the official website there are 2 phone numbers for Poland (no one has given the working hours!) To the customer service department. When we get there and go through the first choice (consent to recording), we receive a message that employees are available during office hours (here, of course, there are no hours of this work), after which we are connected to an automatic machine that works according to specific schemes and in nothing is not helpful. Finally, after 4 days of rehearsals, we managed to hit the office hours (supposedly 9-18). To sum up: Microsoft support is only for users with strong nerves, a huge reserve of free time and great determination!

In Poland, you can buy an Office with an original hologram, cardboard box and product key to activate it and after 4 months it will be blocked by Microsoft. The hotline company knows nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND surface devices I am the owner of several Surface devices bought in quick succession. The oldest device is 4 years old. I am disappointed with the value for money. In any of the devices, the keyboard is cracking, crumbling with age or having other problems. In one (the most expensive) one I bought after 2.5 years, discoloration began to appear on the screen as if I pressed the screen, I thought it was my fault so I did not notify the service. After another six months, the battery suddenly bulges and the screen (photo) protrudes. When I reported this problem, Microsoft Support first told me that it was my fault because I did not use the equipment properly, then they changed the strategy and claim that three years have passed from the date of purchase and now only a paid repair. I called several websites in Warsaw and they say that the problem is known and nothing new. In general, I VERY ADVISE if it is going to cost so much and break down. In summary, equipment for almost PLN 8,500 to be thrown away. Defeat

Hello. Unfortunately, I am the owner of the latest Microsoft console - Xbox One S. I hesitated for a long time PS4 or Xbox One S and chose a Microsoft product that after five days broke down. I returned the equipment to the store, from where it went to the site. After 14 days, the service informed that there will be a replacement for new equipment, but you still have to wait for some formalities, which may take some time. But this is not the worst thing in it all. Microsoft Poland's approach to the whole topic is embarrassing. At the helpline you were picked up and did not deign to introduce with the topic promised that he would call back to the situation and help solve the topic. So far two weeks have passed and the Lord did not call back because probably he like me is deep in ...
I decided to call the helpline a second time, but unfortunately after 40 minutes of listening that "your phone is important to us" I gave up. Total embarrassment and customer neglect. If you hesitate like me - Sony or Microsoft equipment, I advise you to choose Sony. Maybe there have higher standards of customer service and count in his opinion. Regards.

Location good for traveling by SKM / bus with car already worse, few parking spaces and traffic jams. I recommend that you plan the time to look for a parking space while traveling.

For two weeks no one has been able to help me with an incorrect VAT invoice for services. Although the exhibitor is a Polish business entity, this helpline is directing us to Portugal to some Teleperformance company (Portugal) who has no idea about the problem. I will not mention helpline people who do not speak English correctly.
The accountant on the Polish invoice can not communicate in Polish and must ask a person with English knowledge for help.
There is also no reply to emails.
The company treats Polish smaller customers probably as unnecessary ballast.
