A huge company and a tragic interface, completely non-intuitive package activation. To find any help, of course, first a bot that has its own scheme and you will not get along with it. On the hotline, just entering data and selecting a specific problem takes a few minutes and then for another 10 minutes no one answers. I managed to get through after about 20 minutes, consultant ok, the rest from the technical side is a tragedy.
