it must be fabulous to work at microsoft - as I believe no one works there at all - bought office 365 2 years ago - doesn't work - customer service is not existant, have additionally office 2010 (and 2013)... you can't download the instalation file as product key is not being accepted - contact tech support!!! it says... where?? should I call Gates himself?? there is NO TECH SUPPORT no one ever answers your chat, email (if you lucky to find one), don't believe they have phone number... have been using WINDOWS since '95... this is over, BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I ENCOUNTERED... it's time to move on to competition... my work is too important for to many... thank you microsoft, i really tried

Thank you very much for your help in overwriting the registry I RESPECT THE COMPANY BRAND. It seems to me that if you buy the latest MICROSOFT WINDOWS 10 PRO system then there should be better help if you do it all the time. Man should help man and not call the support line constantly and hear the same thing over and over again. What can I do about it that even the newest system is able to block in such a way that many a green computer is unable to do it. GREETINGS FOR HELP :) :) :)
Tragedy. There is a complete lack of competence on the hotline. No customer interest. I'm waiting 2 months for my money back for purchases I made in their store. They consider themselves a giant and act like a tiny shop around the corner .. ADVISE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Under no circumstances should you install Windows 10. This is the worst system since Windows 3.0. It freezes, resets, turns itself off, installs updates against your will. No more of this system. I'm going to uninstall it and return to Windows 7 or to Linux and KDE

Distribution of Microsoft devices in my case below all criticisms. I was sold a defective xbox s. I waited two months for consideration of the guarantee, during which I did not receive any information about its status. The service stated that the device was flooded, although nothing like that happened on my part. The device was given with a damper throttle even though it was in working order at the time of delivery. Calling on the Microsoft helpline is bordering on a miracle.
