No stars for Microsoft! After a multitude of fraudulent and unauthorised purchases were made using my visa card, I battled for over 2 months to get refunded. Tier 3 customer advisor eventually told me to ask my bank for a charge back. Finally, the stolen money was returned.. Oh dear, MIcrosoft have apparently challenged this with my bank. My bank took back the money Microsoft stole - I, and my 13 year old son cannot eat! Emanuel Poiriet, why are you not responding to my urgent pleas for help? Also, what happened to your manager seeing the reams of evidence of my dreadful treatment at the hands of Microsoft's customer service teams.. No accountability whatsoever. Microsoft will now have to pay compensation for the damage done to my son and my lives.. Oh, and guess what - a FURTHER unauthorised purchase by Microsoft has just occurred. How can this be possible? I am writing to the MD and taking legal action.

Fantastic building and very friendly staff, would love to go and receive a technical discussion though rather than a sales pitch.

Was only in the auditorium for a convention but the damned click of the door latch every time someone left the room drove me just about crazy

The DreamSpace is an amazing space to engage dreamers of all ages. The food was top notch, and the roof presented great views of the race track, sea, and mountains.

absolutely shocking service, cant get support for licensing key issue, bounced around from dept to dept and when finally through to the right dept he tells me to call the manufacturer or buy a new license! For the operating system! that I already paid for when I bought y laptop! now my lap top will crash! Now transfered to support. Phoned the direct line irish number but through to canada! 2 1/2 hours in and no joy! God knows what my phone bill will be after this

It has to be the worst site I have ever been on. I have been trying to contact Microsoft for at least 3 days. I lost my password for my account and the retrieve on their site has not been working all week. There is no contact e mail on the site and when you ring Microsoft it is impossible to get to talk to anybody. This site and phone support is a joke

Can you please update the correct phone number? I am trying to pay the invoice of yours and cannot even call the accounts.
