I had a problem with my outlook account and got no customer service. When I called, I was just referred to their website.

I just had $ 546 deducted from this company for something I didn't buy - office 365. I previously bought from the company - Norton Internet Security 2017, so they have my bank details and so they have obviously decided, that I bought - office 365 - I DON'T. And now I have to help God write with the company - my bank couldn't just refund the money !. It's grotesque. If I ever get my money back, it will be a hell of a time and cost the white out of my eyes in postage and time.

When to see Typescript lecture and it was amazing, the instalations, the staff, the building, everything was really lovely... Though, if you come by car, you need to use the Shopping Center parking (right in front of teh Development Center).

Dear Microsoft: Your phone support is, to put it mildly, poor. Waited indefinitely and repeated various information over and over again - but I never got in touch with an employee who could tell me why Microsoft repeatedly sends the same information - My mailbox is almost full. What it really is not. All that could be deleted is deleted along with ScanNet, on whose server my mialbox is located. Can Microsoft help solve the mystery? Sincerely Torben Busekist

Great place to hold a conference. Free parking across the street (Firskovvej). However, it is only free for a few hours. Check the sign for more info.

Piss, update Windows 10. Microsoft has corrupted my computer. There is little help to be had for a user with little knowledge. You are left to yourself. Wish I had chosen appeal.

Great workplace. Very spacious and modern. The selection of teas is great and the food too. Nowhere have they brought me a menu as delicate as here.

Cannot install win 10 after repairing my pc. Had a win 8.1 version and got a free win 10 when it came on the market. I contacted Microsoft and chatted with a guy named Daniel. He sent a "link" to install win 10. I have now tried twice and after several hours 99% is installed and then nothing happens. I can't get in touch with you other than this one (maybe) A company of your caliber should be able to help your customers. Why should it be so cumbersome, or nearly impossible, to contact you. I've spent hours on this but without any luck. Do you use the fatigue technique for private customers? Otherwise it is incredibly easy to buy your products ??? Yours sincerely Erik Huber

The forced Windows 10 update causes my programs to "crash" and slow down my PCs. So not exactly some improvements.

Never have I received poorer service! I must have activated a win 10 product. And being thrown through several different people, comes to No. 3. Which obviously speaks English. fair enough, no problem. But the connection is so poor and bad that she gets NOTHING. I ask for someone who speaks Danish, she says okay, thank you for choosing the windows ... the phone says dut dut dut ... that's hung up. It wastes so 15-20 min wasted! Your music is of such poor quality that it is unbearable to listen, and your quality on the phone when talking to your co-worker is also under ALL CRITICS! Similar to amateur-like pleasing ...

I have visited it in connection with courses in MIE, it is highly recommended. They are really competent and you get a lot out of the courses

I hate all things MS! Even this morning their insane updates cost me an hours worth of work. Useless.

Very inspiring place to be. The decorations inside is very nice and you can just walk inside to get a coffee and sit at one of the tables and work with your PC.

Awesome new local offices with open workspaces. Nice workshop and presentation area at ground floor. Parking facilities are not impressive however.

Nice building, however, I do not even think I would be able to work in such open offices, where one must not sit in the same place for too long. But that can be a habit of course.

Exciting new place with innovation lab and holo studio. Impressive architecture.

Very good school visit. The guided tour of the tech center was not so child-minded and the technique put some on the products. We were a test class on a new visit concept. It seemed pretty good.

Great place to have your user group meetings and events. The employees are very helpful in getting things arranged, order food and drinks etc. The presentation rooms are excellent and can be filled with many people. Big screen for you presentation and good acoustics so people in the back also can hear you. In general very good facilities, not far from public transportation and the highway, so it is accessible too.

Impressed building with unique decor and new ideas about office building. The ground floor is open to the public and a nice cafe sells coffee, tea, bread and more. Definitely worth a visit if you need new surroundings for a meeting, project or similar. Parking spaces below are also open to all, although payment is required.
