Dear Microsoft:
Your phone support is, to put it mildly, poor. Waited indefinitely and repeated various information over and over again - but I never got in touch with an employee who could tell me why Microsoft repeatedly sends the same information - My mailbox is almost full. What it really is not. All that could be deleted is deleted along with ScanNet, on whose server my mialbox is located.
Can Microsoft help solve the mystery?
