I just had $ 546 deducted from this company for so...

I just had $ 546 deducted from this company for something I didn't buy - office 365. I previously bought from the company - Norton Internet Security 2017, so they have my bank details and so they have obviously decided, that I bought - office 365 - I DON'T. And now I have to help God write with the company - my bank couldn't just refund the money !. It's grotesque. If I ever get my money back, it will be a hell of a time and cost the white out of my eyes in postage and time.
