Took my computer over there and they completely erased my hard drive and re-installed windows. I have lost years of work because they didn't back up my data. Don't go there.

My friend and I have used these guys for a number of years and they've always gave us fair pricing and fixed our issues. We've had three custom built PCs from them and a number of issues repaired from HDD failures to motherboard issues. I'd like to point out that data loss with them is extremely rare, since they ask you if you want them to backup your files! If you say "No" then it's your fault data was lost. They are a great company!!

My name is Brandon. I went to Micro Excell to get my external hard drive fixed. The plug wasn't connecting to the laptop anymore for I could watch my movies. I brought it to them and they fixed my outshell by replacing it and it really works way better now. I recommend this company to anyone with electrician issues with their devices.

Open when I needed them for an old inexpensive DVD to VGA adapter. The sales staff was knowledgeable enough to warn me of the different types of DVI and that they couldn't guarantee compatibility. This knowledge only comes from years of experience. Good job guys.
