My friend and I have used these guys for a number of years and they've always gave us fair pricing and fixed our issues. We've had three custom built PCs from them and a number of issues repaired from HDD failures to motherboard issues. I'd like to point out that data loss with them is extremely rare, since they ask you if you want them to backup your files! If you say "No" then it's your fault data was lost. They are a great company!!
