Metropolitan Hotel Lisboa Review

Excellent hotel, near the airport but far from the center.

Good facilities in regards to meetings / formations, but room with columns in the middle which makes it difficult to see and interact.
Deregulated temperature. Unbearable heat in the room.

Incredible hotel. Very comfortable. Gentle and competent staff. Breakfast (peq lunch) wonderful. Cozy room. Silent. Good TV. Wonderful mattress. Excellent shower and hot tub to relax after the tours. Close to the airport. Close to shopping malls and interesting places. There is a piano bar in the evening. Worth knowing

Many people and then there are delicacies that are passed. Nothing spectacular. One more hotel.

Very good hotel. Good location, service and friendliness. All very clean and in good condition. Nothing spoiled and good access to the city. Very large hotel. Breakfast is very good and has variety. The quality of the food is very well made and always replenished.

Absurdly warm rooms, even turning off the thermostat, continued to release warm air throughout the day. When asking for help at the front desk, they said there was no solution.
Oh, and the breakfast is awful.

This great, taxi ride downtown but it is cheap and has very cheap restaurants. Breakfast is milk and dinner buffet just as good

Ok place. Didn't like the food we got. But it was a buffet from TAP and not from the restaurant.

Hotel clean and well tidy, several plugs in the room, unlike the other hotels that only have two rooms, bathroom with bath and hairdryer. Only problem: very hot heater without possibility of cooling.

Four stars for a 4 star hotel. It's Nice, a bit boring room to be honest. Not 100 percent clean (walls, lamp shade), the bathroom is somewhat old and can do with a little bit of renovating and the cleaning lady can't iron very well.. but well that's just complaining to be able to complain I loved the entrance, very friendly reception. The dinner was all very dry, breakfast was good. The hotel isnt bad, just very basic.

If the idea is a location close to the airport and is staying 1.2 nights is an acceptable choice. If the idea is to stay longer there are better hotels. This one is old and worn out. The beds are tiny, the rooms have carpets that should not even exist. Furniture worn, bathrooms are old. Airplanes go right over every 10 minutes. It is far from the center and to go anywhere just by transport. One star is being nice.

Faceless and not so helpful, clean everything with spacious rooms away from the center.

Great hotel, clean, good food, friendly staff, but far from places of interest and with subway and distant buses, luckily taxis in Lisbon don't cost much.

Rude and cleanliness leaves want not to mention the very poor breakfast buffet !!!

Good hotel near the airport and main avenues. Easy access with car. It is far from the tourist places but it is well connected.

The usual ordinary 3-star hotel, for which he was given 4, I do not know. Very modest breakfast, helpful and kind staff, who speak excellent English, do not want to understand Spanish in principle, dinner is also modest. Of the minuses terrible old hair dryers in the rooms.

Good hotel near the airport due to an unplanned stopovers. Dinner buffet was very attractive. The breakfast menu is, however, hardly adjusted to guests with food intolerances. However, they were very hard to help. Would not book, but under these circumstances it was more than ok.

Comfortable hotel, excellent facilities and services, easy access.

I state that I have been a traveler for 35 years and I have seen places and not even in Yemen I found what happened here so serious. Let's start: 1) with the non-existent communication, I sent an email before leaving to get info on public transport arriving near the airport, they never answered me. 2) terrible breakfast at 8.00 empty buffet, I go to make a toast and both the box and the bread were full of moldy bread, I thought it was a special type of bread (of course not !!!) and at my request instead, the room manager obviously said there was a problem ... The toast loaf was frozen and had been closed there (since when ???). I got goosebumps. I had to ask for croissants because there was nothing. 3) I come back from the city tour, and I can't find the bidet linen .... They took away the dirty one without replacing with the clean one, 4 star hotel 280 euros per night unacceptable !!!!! Totally unacceptable !!!!!!!!!
Conclusion: an apology with a plate of fruit and 1 bottle of water. The rest in the normality of a hotel is not !!! 4 stars.
