Very good breakfast...infact it's a buffet. Very neat and nice hotel. Comfortable bed and bathrooms. Provided with bathrobes and chappals. Friendly staff from my experience.

Central placed, easy to reach from the airport (if you travel light and wish to walk a little bit, less than one hour...). The room is big, clean, food is delicious and divers. I gave 4 stars becase the bulverd rooms are quite noisy, even at 7th floor... Overall a nice experience!

Excellent, very helpful staff always ready to help, and their joys are very contagious to the respected customer.by bone i give them 5 *****. Whenever possible we will recommit our friends and relatives. Carlos & Graciete Furtado.

Good place, clean, comfortable, reception people a little dry, it's good to smile!

Overall good hotel, food, rooms etc. a bit far from the center even if with some friends of our group we got there on foot. One drawback, but not the hotel, are the taxis that as soon as they arrived in Lisbon for the transfer of the airport to the hotel asked, for the same journey to some members of our group from 15 to 26. same journey from hotel to airport and more or less the same traffic conditions from 7/8 .

My experience at Sana Metropolitan is Super ..... I recommend it

Hotel as the accommodations very good ... but I was stolen inside my room, I left clothes out of the suitcase and I was STOLEN, larapios, took a shirt of my ... personal care .... I was indgnado and I could not get my shirt back ...

A hotel that has what you expect from the kind of hotel it is. The reception service, information and breakfast stand out in a positive way.

I had belongings stolen from this hotel. I left my bag there for approximately 4 hours and came back to earrings, makeup, and over 70 euros missing from my backpack. This hotel has not made any effort to get back to me about this complaint.

A passing hotel, for a day is fine, or in transit, there are not many things around, rather homes and offices. For long stays, other areas are better.
The staff. It is very nice, their breakfast buffet is fine.
The rooms are a bit outdated, there are no shower trays, only bathtubs, which are a bit tall. The room was a bit shabby.
The amenities, the most remarkable are its olive oil soaps.
The hotel shop has a good selection of postcards, souvenir prices are good.
You get to the airport relatively quickly.
The breakfast was very good its jellies, and the infused waters.

The cuisine is not excellent, the place where it is located is not beautiful, far from the center

Good hotel, classic four-star tourist, far from the center but a few minutes and a few euros by taxi. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, breakfast with a little sweet and very salty. Good and international buffet dinner.

I stayed there after a problem in my flight and people don't try to help, you showed me the rule and told me that I should follow them, independent of my case or any help that I needed. Also the room maid try to enter in my room when I was using there, even when I asked her to not enter.

A decent 4 star hotel just outside the center of Lisbon. The building is a bit on the older side and you can see that. So we had no pressure on the cold water tap and showering (with some super hot water) was almost impossible. The rooms are large and clean and the staff is very friendly.

Impeccable service. Very cozy and spacious suite. Not to mention the room service, which surprised us every request with a nice present.

If you go to Lisbon, I highly recommend it. Well, in addition to all of this, it is easily accessible to the center and the airport, and the wifi internet access is excellent.

Personel not nice, i was waiting 3h for Room even i had reservation, house keepers hanging around corridors nad very noisy, slamming doors around. Not possible to rest or sleep. Non smoking hotel.

Wonderful breakfast. Very educated assistants. It has a Portuguese restaurant nearby which is a delight, with prices and family care. Nearby subway station. Cheap taxis that take you downtown. I'll be back for sure.
