I would not recommend the hotel because: 1. Interior is very old. The flaps are scratched and the doors underneath are damaged. The turnarounds are as thin as cardboard, you can hear the neighbors talking, watching TV and going to the toilet: - /. The television is from around 2005 and sometimes does not work (does not turn off via remote control, plug must be pulled). Internet is very poor and there are only two electrical outlets in the room. One in the bathroom and the other for television. 2. The cleanliness is ok. Sometimes dirty bed linen was forgotten in the room and sometimes the glass for the toothbrushes disappeared. 3. The breakfast is poor. The boiled eggs are odd and are green yellow inside. The croissants are burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The coffee tastes very bitter (a matter of taste). 4. The location from the city center is a bit far and always has to be taken by taxi. I would not recommend a walk to the center. Conclusion: I would not recommend the hotel unless you can live with the shortcomings. I was happy when I wasn't in the hotel during the day and when I moved out again.

A camouflaged three star rating of 4. Flat service, sometimes quite unpleasant. Being close to the airport, it is inevitable to hear them land every few minutes

Hotel far from the center of Lisbon, metro 15 'on foot. Taxi at the door. Air conditioning only hot. Warm rooms. Anyone who comes in the heat, has to bring a fan rsrs. Breakfast, with little variety of breads and fruits. Close to airport.

The location is outstanding... Close to the airport, nice smaller style restaurants nearby, convenience stores nearby. The staff is wonderful as well. Very friendly and eager to help. The biggest downsides for me were the lack of outlets in the room (only one that had a lamp), air conditioning that seemed to work intermittently, and a toilet that ran.

Excellent hotel. Great service especially at reception and the breakfast (Thank you Barbara and Fabio respectively) room could do with free bottled water once a day but you can also drink the tap water so no big deal. Reception foyer also has an ATM and Bag weighting machine for EUR1.

- planes constantly fly overhead due to the fact that the airport is located near the hotel. - the breakfasts are not tasty there. - the staff do not speak English very well and sometimes behave in an uncultural manner, making fun of customers in Portuguese. - the prices in the bar are overpriced, it is not clear for what reasons. 0.3 beer will cost you 6 . + the airport is close, you don't need to get long) + everything that an average 4 * hotel can provide you ...

Wonderful stay. The staff are very attentive and always very friendly. The hotel itself is very nice, from the common space to the rooms. Breakfast is excellent, has a variety of very good foods and again good service by the staff. Emphasis also on hygiene / beauty products.

Good modern hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff polite, the buffet breakfast quite rich. The nearest metro is about 12 minutes walk (Cidade Universitaria). Opposite the hotel is a convenient taxi rank to move toward the center at an affordable price. Some power outlet in addition there would not be bad, or to charge the phone you have to disconnect the lamp. In any case, an advisable place.

Nice hotel a bit crowdy and too close to the airport. Rooms are Ok can be a bit more fancy especially the bathrooms and I couldn't plug in two chargers in the whole suite. Breakfast nice staff was especially kind.

Good hotel a little dated. They should set up more outlets for charging various "gadgets" that you bring holiday. Good buffet breakfast and dinner. Good cleaning. Kind boys to the acceptance. Too bad for the decentralized position and a little far from metro stops. Fortunately, taxis have affordable prices.

Outdated and uncomfortable beds. Only here because TAP airline messed up royally and we missed our flight to north america. This hotel is horrible,. Internet is slow. The area around looks very sketchy and its far from the city center.

Very nice hotel, welcoming, thank you to the waiters, room and buffet perfect only downside maids at 6:30 am who spend the vacuum cleaner, and the language barrier the French remains complicated in Portugal,
