Good for the conditions of a hotel with many fours and lots of people, little personalized attention

It was a surprise all from the
Place where the hotel was located on the outskirts and in a neighborhood not recommended that I think was the worst to highlight. The best reception with what I saw. Breakfast buffet well but without exaggeration. The super large bed and the rooms just for two. As a negative the shower did not fit well and you had to take it with your hand it looked a bit old-fashioned and with lime. Also the bad thing is that it is close to the port and although although at night you do not hear much the airplanes because they leave to run during the day so it sounds pretty

A nice hotel with a few minor issues:
* planes flying over every 10-15 minutes (the airport is very close so that can be expected)
* weird placement of electrical sockets - none next to the bed, two hidden behind a curtain and one next to the table, used for a lamp
I was staying in a regular room with a double bed.

Good rooms and breakfast. Underground parking was free.

4 star hotel. Weird area, there is a lot of service. Good gym. Good restaurant.
Expensive coffee shop. A 4 euro tea. Hotel email does not work. Boy's name is Lenerrea from Reception, he's nice.

Had to spend the night there because of a missed connecting flight so I can't say much about the price. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. An extensive buffet was made available there in the evening and in the morning. There is a star deduction for the cleanliness in the bathroom and for the fact that there are very few sockets to charge your cell phone at night.

Room was comfortable, very friendly staffs especially the waiter, great dinner buffet, a lot of variety of foods, not too far from the centre of the city.

Very nice hotel. We stayed here only for a night because our flight was cancelled, but the rooms were spacious and the personnel very kind. The food was delicious too, both at breakfast and at dinner. Recommended.

Very small and uncomfortable room, decent dinner. Suburbs therefore you have to move by metro or taxi

The hotel was great when I was there. It was a few minutes' walk to the metro. The rooms were large and clean, the staff friendly and the food tasted good too. It's been a few days by now.

Super polite and attentive, the room is great, breakfast tastes good and offers variety. I am always happy to be there.

A normal hotel, business rather with a peculiar location, is not close to anything really. Although there is always a taxi / Uber nearby to take you wherever you want.

Employees are extremely kind and professional but that's the only positive note. Rooms are extremely old and need urgent renovation. The location is far away from the city center. Also the convention center is quite old and would require renovations

Nice rooms and fantastic beds. A very friendly young staff, takes care of you very courteously if you need something. The breakfast buffet is very rich and fresh.

Hotel near the airport and the Colombo shopping center. It has a lot of parking area nearby, but it is a green zone, you have to pay from 9 in the morning to 7 in the afternoon, from Monday to Friday. Hotel with very good facilities, comfortable beds and very good services. One thing that I value very much is the speed with which the hot water comes out in the showers, not having problems for a quick shower. The staff is very attentive and kind. The breakfast is very complete.

The room was OK in condition. But some of them facing the highway and a bit noisy. Please be reminded those rooms no air conditioned, it will very uncomfortable during summer. The food served in lobby are quite good and reasonable price.

Wonderful service, but unprepared for large excursions. The rooms are comfortable and a good size!

Moderately comfortable. Saggy mattress. Some mold in the cracks of the bathroom. Relatively small rooms. The area is partly problematic, since social housing next door. Subway not ideal reachable, I recommend Cde. Universitaria because of the better area. Breakfast was good but problems with refilling the plates. Coffee and tea after 9 o'clock only lukewarm. Staff very nice and hard-working. Our room door had a closing problem, it worked alternately only one of our cards. This was not fixed despite a complaint over 1 week. TV did not work, if you wanted, but suddenly without our intervention. Overall price / performance ratio could be improved.

Hotel with a few years what you notice. It is in need of renovation. Parking is difficult to park and even guests have to pay.

Amazing staff.
Bedroom air conditioning temperature not working in order to have confortable room temperature.
When waiting a few minutes before breakfast on the bar I was told that I must buy something from the bar to be using the chair/table.

Food is delicious here. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner and all were great. Very convenient location close to the airport. Friendly staff and clean rooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Don't take water from the minibar in the rooms. It is very expensive and they will charge you even if you staying because of the airline. Instead right down the street is a small store where you can buy the same exact bottles for 1/7th the price.
