Clean hotel, very good breakfast. If the cheese would vary each day, breakfast would be even better. Towels should only be changed, if dropped on the floor as advertised.

Good Hotel. Very close to the airport, comfortable and efficient and helpful staff. The breakfast is well balanced and filling. Rooms large and comfortable.

The hotel was ok for a business trip. Big, clean but a bit old rooms with a lot of storage possibilities. Rather loud if you have a room in the direction of the highway. The rich Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, fresh food, pancakes etc.

This hotel was provided to us by TAP airlines, on account of a missed connection. The service and service were great, the room clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and dinner!

Stayed here for a day. Place is lil away from downtown. I can say location is in center of offices. Hardly u will find people outside of hotel, quite streets. Anyways my stay was good. Reception was helpful with my bookings. Rooms were quite spacious and clean. Wi-Fi was very good compared to Indian standards. Restaurant food was good. Though Asian menu is less but what I ordered was well prepared. One most important thing I found was during my dinner chef personally visited tables and asked their reviews for food. Which I find quite a nice gesture from hotel management. Hope to visit in future for future stay.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is very considerate and knowledgeable, for such a large hotel you barely wait on an elevator!the breakfast selection was really nice ... The only caveat was the noise level between rooms as well as from the street below, we were on the 10th floor facing the university... you could hear the bustling street noises even with the closed window.

I stayed at this hotel during a tour of Portugal. The hotel is a good hotel for what our Italian standards are. Very friendly and attentive staff, perfect cleanliness, excellent buffet breakfast. Only note, the position is decentralized, so you have to put away that the taxi should be called and some money should be spent even if in Portugal the prices are definitely lower than the Italian ones.

Good spot for when my flight was cancelled and TAP Portugal put us here to sleep for the night. They gave me a razor and shaving cream and were very efficient checking me in. Comfortable beds, good WiFi, and a clean space. All you need for an 8 hour short stay.

The structure is beautiful, the only flaw is the distance from the center of Lisbon which forces you to call a taxi ( 10 and you are in the center) or better Uber (5-6 ) or in the last alternative the metro, which is however about ten minutes walk.

It is a hotel of excellence, they are four very well deserved stars.

I have had a wonderful experience of this place, calm, clean and peace.

Old, carpeted rooms, which caused me a little allergy. We asked for a room with a double bed but we stayed in a double room with twin beds and we could not join them since they were glued to the wall. Breakfast ok.

Old hotel, partly unfriendly staff, breakfast mediocre, completely overpriced (1 night 160 ). Unfortunately, we had no other choice because our flight was canceled. Hopefully we will never have to stay there again

Very noisy room located on the ring road, very poor restaurant, non-existent service. Hotel gives avoid !!!

It was possible for one night, otherwise I would probably choose the hotel aside.

We were put up here for the night by TAP due to an overnight flight delay at Lisbon airport, which seems to be a common reason for people staying here, as we had to wait for a short while at check in whilst other delayed passengers were checked in. The room was a little dated with only one plug socket.
There is a nice bar on the ground floor with a smoking portion. Breakfast was busy but pretty decent.

Almost perfect. Hearty and varied breakfast. Competent staff. Well placed a little outside the tourist center. The planes pass just above: a little noisy but it's ok. Very clean.

Excellent hotel. Very good breakfast the only problem is in the bathroom when taking a shower. Very high bath for people with little mobility.

Very noisy, you ll have the chance to enjoy all the noise from the highway just below. Plus you ll enjoy your room neighbours discussion and have the chance to hear their phone notification, toilet flushing...

The location is good. Hotel is nice and clean. However service is bad, there's only one electrical outlet in the room, and the breakfast is eatable.

Hotel in Lisbon well equipped for services and staff, perhaps it should be changed a bit from the 80's furnishing of the rooms, which however are clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel nice location. Except the front desk service wasn't that professional. Told us some room with espresso machine some without depends on our luck! The front desk manager charged us much much higher for calling a cab compare to when we stop our own cab.
