Very comfortable ... the hotel has a souvenir shop where you can find various original gifts from Portugal.

Clean, pleasant and cozy hotel. However, all furnitures are a bit old, '80s feeling in the rooms. The fastest wifi in the hotel, I've ever seen! The rooms facing to north are very loud, the highway noise comes in bcos the windows' sound-proofing is bad, I couldn't close fully the windows, it was old too, with wrong lock. Downtown is 25mins walk, or easily able to find a Lime at the corners. Only one power socket in the room, nothing around the bed, no hangers for jackets. Wide choice of food for breakfast.

Very nice hotel, restaurant and breakfast (buffets) of quality, the rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Very friendly and professional staff. Location a little out of the way but less than 5 minutes by taxi (about 6 euros).

Air conditioning was not working, needed more plugs, but the bed is good and the room is clean and spacious

Hotel photos | Warm rooms in winter. Impossible to sleep. Air only worked in the hot. Mr. of the maintenance said that it was anyway, that had no solution. Breakfast mediocre and with no options. Even scrambled eggs can not do that. We stayed in several great hotels in Portugal. Unfortunately Sana was lousy. Could never have 4 stars. We will never go back there. Would not recommend!

Really modern and elegant rooms. Very comfortable bed even if you feel the lack of electrical outlets nearby. Really thin walls, so much so that you can hear the light switches in the side room. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The noise that is heard in the room of cars passing over the covers of the public road is very bad for those who need to rest.

4 star hotel next to a ring road in Lisbon. The hotel has a lot of traffic and it is not new but it is very careful and updated. Worth. The connection to the center is probably its main disadvantage.

Comfortable rooms, good food but absurd that they charge 4 euros for a bottle of water during dinner and 3 euros for an espresso at the counter. Very far from the historic center with a metro stop not very close

Good service, good cuisine (the best of all SANA that I have ever visited), good facilities (a problem with air conditioning conditions give 5 *).

We got three double rooms given our flight with Tap Portugal was delayed due to overbooking. The room was good, bed comfortable but the washroom is a bit dated. The food portion was massive but out of the breakfast, lunch and dinner, the breakfast buffet was definitely the winner. The location of the hotel is closed to the airport but away from the main attractions.

I especially liked the attention and cordiality of the receptionists, the kindness, attention and friendliness of the cafe staff, excellent! Clean room, good breakfast, good location and great service.
