Very comfortable hotel not central but with a fairly close Park stop. Nice lobby with armchairs and 4 lifts, large dining room, bar with televisions, in-house gift shop. Pleasant overall appearance, room with linear but very clean furnishings, professional and helpful staff.

Pleasant enough hotel for a night - placed here when our TAP flight was cancelled. The buffet in the restaurant wasn't great and I wouldn't recommend paying for it.

Overnight stay..flight next morn..4* & what you would expect..excellent service & rooms. Drinks quite expensive..evening buffet 23.. Drinks extra..rooms 100 but it was mid July..lot more more expensive..5am taxi 23..about 15min journey..not in centre of Lisbon..in a commerce district as i viewed..bar over the road with typical Portuguese prices.

Away from the center and from the "services" .... Despite staying overnight multinational utilities, missing indications and menus in the classic 5 European languages ... Despite the staff is of "excellent" level in performing their duties, speaks only Portuguese ... .Sin!

No-frills hotel with no luxuries, but comfortable, clean, functional and with all the essentials. Fairly large rooms and spacious bathrooms. Breakfast room with spaced tables; not a big choice but quality products. Everything you expect from a 4-star hotel. The only drawback: they have great difficulty calling you a taxi and they tell you to wait for it in the parking lot in front of the hotel. Too bad that in the evening they don't pass.

Old, the rooms need renovation, they are not very cozy. Away from the center and little supply of bars and restaurants in the area where to go out. Breakfast of poor quality, especially in the sweet part.

TAP sent us to this hotel for having changed our connection. They did not offer the dinner, mandatory in that case is the breakfast only opened at 07:00, after the bus arrived to the airport. The snack offered fell short of a hotel of its size: a juice, simple sandwich with a slice of cheese and ham (the finest possible), a defective apple is a horrible little cookie. Hotel mistrust or TAP. Look for another hotel in Lisbon, this one I would not recommend.

Nice hotel, lively breakfast, although quite pricey for what you get. Also poor location for tourism, nearest metro is 10 minutes away.
