Stylish, contemporary luxury on Park Lane. Amazing service - so thoughtful. I experienced a wonderful night time tea tray, full of relaxing teas in the evening. They even had a coffee ready for me to take away in the morning, as they knew I had an early departure. Love the Spa and nice healthy food choices on Room Service. A refreshing alternative to the stuffy hotels in the area.

Visited the Nobu restaurant for the new year omakase menu. The food was excellent, the service impeccable. Prices are expensive but for the quality of food you cannot complain - a truly amazing experience.

The Met is a superb hotel everything was above my expectations from the reception, coniserge and the amazing spacious room which was really modern and clean with tablet style controls for everything. I will definitely be staying here again.

All hotel team were amazing (specially Anna Savvani). The hotel was very clean and modernized. Only one unfortunate thing about the hotel, the room did not include a complementary bottled drinking water; that is expected at any 5-star hotel.

Located about 20 minutes walk from Oxford Street, this lovely, little hotel was extremely modern, with friendly staff all around. The sleep quality is phenomenal, considering I only got 5 hours of sleep but woke up fresh as a daisy!

The only hiccup is the breakfast at the White Room. It is rather dull and not that appetising.

Very beautifully located

Went here for the first time seeking refuge after seeing Stevie Wonder in Hyde Park and it served the purpose very well. A bottle of wine was less expensive than I'd feared. They were somewhat under-staffed, but maybe they weren't expecting so many people late on Sunday evening.

As for my residence, the hotel was a long time in the Residency, it was once sweet and suitable in every way, very clean and the perfect service was very safe and its place was nice between every thing. And once, sweet, it was all the hotels around him, meaning close to everyone, literally providing us with a service, but my home did not change anything. Many thanks

One of the best boutique hotels in London is the Como Metropolitan, a true 5 star property with excellent service. Located on Old Park Lane, it is neighbour with both the Hilton and Intercontinental and co-located with Nobu restaurant. The hotel features nice an light decor, and the rooms has a great view over Hyde Park. This time of year you have a great view over Winter wonderland in the park. Location wise you are at the heart of Mayfair shopping and short walks from both Oxford street and Piccadilly as well as moments away from Buckingham palace. The rooms are big and spacious in a modern and light decor, and very well planned. The amenities are nice they use technology to give ultimate control over the room and has both premium tea and Nespresso in the room. The minibar is exceptionally well stocked and covers most tastes and if you need more then room service has an extensive selection. The bathroom is small but has a good multi shower and a nice bathtub with their signature Spa amenities. The best room in the house is the Metropolitan suite on the 9th floor with marvellous views over London and the park.
Both room service and the restaurant has great food and is decently priced. They have a great fitness centres with a good selection of machines and a nice steam room as well as a full service Spa with a good selection of treatments. The service is excellent, fast and with a personal touch. I thoroughly recommend it if your business takes you through central London.

This hotel is just about a 5 star but very pedestrian, took 30 minutes to check in and get our prebooked room and a further 15 minutes for our case to arrive. There are many better 5 star hotels in London. Not for us.

Absolutely amazing stay for my daughters 10th birthday. The staff made it so very special, the suite was gorgeous with stunning views. The hotel and the staff gave us memories to treasure, in a year where memories are few and far between. Thank you all.

Stayed here for a conference for 6 days. For 6 day...

Stayed here for a conference for 6 days. For 6 days, we had non stop 6 kids running through our floor banging doors screaming and crying. The mother and nannies would leave the door and you would hear screaming, yelling, crying for 6 night and days straight. I complained to the staff after night 3 since we couldn't sleep due to the commotion. They didn't have any room available that night so we waited for the following day. Finally got a room on night 6 but gave is a smaller room. I had better experiences with service at 2 and 3-star hotels.
Overall hotel and location are nice, but for the price you pay, you can do a lot better in the area.

Not recommended at all.
