Natural kitchen based inside waterloo station. Hot selection and cold selection.
Salmon with potatoes and roasted veg.
Food was dry and luke warm and had no taste whatsover.
Very disappointing as the actual venue has amazing atmosphere and decor.

Busy station but is better organised than other stations. Almost all trains leave and arrive on time. There's also a lot of shops especially for breakfast and lunch.

Good service and staff but it can be sooo busy sometimes.

First time I've used the station since the refurbishment had been completed and it looks and feels fantastics now. Lots of very modern shops and eateries across two levels now and much much cleaner than it used to be, including the toilets.

Other than that, Waterloo Station is a useful station for both mainline rail and London Underground. Well done Waterloo station

Its Waterloo can't help thinking of a war or some kinda rebellion from this past!...lol very busy but got essentials shops and restaurant cafes and free toilet that are clean and it's one of those stations you can use to get around many other places from...always a ready to go train, smiling and helpful staff...

Friendly and helpful staff. Handicap bathroom is kept locked so you need to hit a button for an attendant. They should put a note to that effect. I guessed. It was very clean. Large station with handicap entrance. Busy station.

There is now a first floor mezzanine area for shopping and food.

Has a decent amount of places to eat while you're waiting for your train.

Very sarcastic staff , there's a reason customers may be stressed , tickets don't go through machines , then long queues , it's like a cattle market especially the underground !!

Enormous station. Lots of facilities.
I'd advise using an app to find out which platform your train is on as staring up at the screens waiting may result in you having to make a mad last minute dash to the opposite end of the station

The larger and busiest station in London. Extremely fast paced environment with many exits to different areas that can save you precious minutes.

Has the train to where I need to go so will keep coming back. No point in going to different London station because I prefer the architecture, neighbourhood or even coffee as the trains won't go to the right place and in the end that's the most important thing about a railway station.

The best train station I have seen, it works like clockwork, English punctuality.

Huge old train station with a beautiful station hall and a few shops as well as a subway stadium. But is only a regional train station

Great location. Great building. From Waterloo you can get to almost anywhere in London. The Station has had so many upgrades and the latest is the use of the old Euro Star tracks and station. With new Toilets, new links to the Underground lines below, and of course the connecting walkway to the London Eye. Inside the Station it has opened more shops and restaurants. The Old cast iron structure has been conserved, cleaned and it looks good.
You really feel great at this busy hub.
From connecting to the Imax Cinema, to the walkways of Waterloo Bridge and their views of London, it is truly a masterpiece, unmissable.

this station is literally the biggest station In the uk, which also has a great history.

We pay good money to be crammed in like sardines. And to top it off the greedy staff are due yet another strike. Get a different job if your not happy. As your ruining ours.

Large station with great connections to the south /south West /West of the country. lots of shops and easy to navigate, and only 3mins from Waterloo East if you need the south East.

Clean station with great links to the London underground lines to get to the other side of London for railway train connections to continue your journey to your final destination, mine was Clacton which I managed with ease thanks to the simplicity of this straightforward network.

Dreadful central London train terminus. Probably the worst in the city for access and being too crowded.

A really large and well built train and metro station. The related services are also excellent, a true point of reference in London mobility. Excellently surrounded by shops and hotels and very close to many London attractions.

Generally quite clean, however people handing out stupid samples often cause large crowds. This should be banned.

Big, airy and organized. It is one of the bigger stations in London and offers good connections to Central London as well as National Rial services. It has a good number of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets.

Use it daily. Pretty good as stations go. Helpful staff. Good facilities. Recently upgraded with more platforms. excellent bus and cab connections

Busy, busy! Lots of food choices, good service, generally clean, hub for rail in all directions around greater London.

A busy but bubly station with plenty of fine restaurants, subs, and fashion stores.

Waterloo East Train Station is accessible from this station.

Historic building, always crowded. Overground station is connected with underground.

Travel through here every week always clean much better than some london mainline stations has all usual amenaties whsmiths costa etc etc good open concourse usually with a display of somthing

Generally, it does a great job, but it can be a nightmare.

Lots of trains, lots of people and a few shops. Very useful if you want to go south by train or have a drink or buy something

Great station although very busy, but that s what you expect, with all trains leaving on time (that I went on) and was mostly litter free!

An average station. It struggles to deal with the inevitable overflow of passengers at peak times and if there are cancellations on the old track. Could be worse.

I really enjoy McDonald's and after a long day in the city I think a McDonald's is deserved. I don't commute through this outlet much but the times that I have the service has always been prompt and very satisfying. This is one of the better McDonald's that I have been too. The seating area is comfortable, sadly during these times hard to use but nevertheless its homely and the staff is there at any occasion to offer help and assistance. Thank you!

Lovely historic station. Can get really busy during rush hour. Only problem is not everyone is wearing a mask which should be made compulsory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clean station, the toilets are broken but still working few of them

An attractive, spacious Victorian terminus station with access to the London Underground. The station sometimes holds free art expos.

Appreciated the abundance of signs for mask wearing. They also had stations where the provided masks and hand sanitizer. While lots of shops were closed because of the pandemic, including the Starbucks, there was still some keys places to get food or snacks including Prett, Boots ans McDonald s.

Beautiful station, organized and clean, inside you can also find a chance.

Good mainline station. Serving south and west of England including mainline services to south coast, Southampton, Bristol, Bournemouth. Lots of good shops and cafes now. This includes Carluccios, Pret, Thomas Pink shirts, Kiehls, Yo Shushi, the Sports Bar etc. There is a large Boots and M&S, WH Smith. Tube station below the main station. Can get very busy in rush hour.

Great service. Make sure you talk to the lovely ladies from the ticket system if you have any doubts

Wow, Waterloo's running to maximum capacity - let's hope things should get easier when the conversion of the old Eurostar platforms is complete.

The expansion of the former Eurostar terminal took nearly 10 years. Even then, only one platform of the five is fully utilized. Pitiful as that's extra capacity that the station needs. Interchange between the different underground lines can be a pain due to long walks and escalators (only the Jubilee Line is fully step free) and the station is almost unbelievable in terms of passenger numbers during the peak.

Unquestionably one of the best places in Lambeth to catch a train.

An absolute dump where there is more chance of finding a leprechaun than a train leaving on time.

A very big train station, but the looks didnt quite make it compared to for example st. Pancras station. Good to have seen it nonetheless.

Very nicely layed out, busy at peak hours, underpass at the new platforms (24 and 25?) is very empty. Lambeth North tube station is around abouts 5-10 minute walk.

Nice station but please beware this crackhead outside the station sat on the steps, very violent

Apart from Waterloo station allowing us to get nearly everywhere in the South, I love the choice of the shops that have saved me more than once with getting cool gifts for my friends and family.

I come through here every day and still impressed how they get so many people in and out. If only they could fix all the rail lines so when it rains, trains work. The station has some decent bars etc of you are held up for an hour or two

I have many happy memories of this terminus, Mainly from the late 1950s to about 1965, when on summer Saturdays the station was jam packed with passengers all going away on their summer holidays. All the boat trains, Ocean Liner trains , the Bournemouth Belle, The Devon Belle and the Atlantic Coast Express were a few of the trains that carried all the holiday makers.
One of my great Uncles is remembered on the LSWR war memorial.
A great place for eats, Drinks and a few other things.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to a customer assistant for amazing customer service at Waterloo station. On Friday, 24th February, at c7.00 am, I was hobbling across the concourse to the taxi rank, leaning on a crutch (having had an operation on my foot). A customer assistant stopped me and told me my crutch was too low. He went on to say that I was in danger of injuring my back because of my uneven gait. He then carefully adjusted my crutch to the correct height and handed it back to me. The difference was immediate as my back had been really painful. What a lovely person to notice the way I was walking and care enough to stop me and help. I didn't think to ask his name, but I did want to say a truly heartfelt thanks.
