Decent all-round experience. Rooms nothing special. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Well stocked fitness room. Pool area very pleasant with table service. Beware for 2018 as there is a massive building site to the rear of the hotel.

A silent place with all the international requirement

The location and the atmosphere are unbeatable. A step away from the ocean beach, nice park, short walk to the Opera, beautiful district. A warning: the hotel is under renovation till April 2020, when you book ask for a quiet room. The staff is very kind and accommodating.

Have used this Hotel since 1985. First 5 Star in Muscat.....still a favourite....only hotel you could walk to coffee shops other restaurants and busy beach. Walking distance to Opera House and Malls.....in my opinion always good value.

Hotel rooms are now a bit outdated but they're renovating them. Service is always top notch. Breakfast is outstanding.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Muscat. The hotel has a large meeting room, and there is free parking. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. The hotel is family-friendly and relaxing. I would recommend his stay and experience staying with them.

Good ambience, BUT the car park is a horrible experience. This may not be the first comment on parking... So put a plan & resources in place to restore orderliness in the car parks. Guide and restrain your Customers from parking indiscriminately.

Hotel is undergoing a refurb but we love this for location and facilities - especially for children. Breakfast is good and the Tomato restaurant is delicious.
