Beautiful surroundings, lovely meal and good value!

My gin and tonic, and all our dinners were exceptionally good. The atmosphere was very friendly, and we and our guests had an excellent evening.
The weather wasn't too good, but we could see that it would have been lovely to walk around the garden.

Visited here after a funeral Beautiful setting. private function room available. Good selection of saviouries and cakes well presented and very nice.Friendly helpful staff

We only had lunch here, which was excellent and just perfect, the service most helpful and friendly. The restaurant in the conservatory is lovely, looking out onto the beautiful and peaceful garden. The parts of the hotel that we saw, are exactly what we like: old, matching decor and well kept. We are recommending it to our friends.

Quite hotel on the outskirts of Perth, friendly and helpful staff, attended a training seminar and had a supply of teas and coffee as well as bottled water, felt at home here.

When I was there i had fantastic service from a young female who i thonk her name was tamzin who made our night really great. Thanks Craig.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The staff were the friendliest staff I've ever came across. So helpful and polite. Our dinner was excellent and my partner wont stop talking about his breakfast. Will definitely recommend to others and will definitely be back to stay again. 10/10

Would stay again but sort hot water. No discount was offered. Scottish breakfast contained hash browns these are not Scottish... Potato scones are. When asked if you had any was told no!

Food is good, appropriate portions and decent ingredients. Staff are a bit ditsy. Rushing around, not available at reception, not there to seat and forgetting to produce the restaurant bill ( 3 night stay) Would have appreciated a gym considering location... Out of town Rooms are really big and nicely laid out and love the bathroom. Wi-Fi is patch

We had our wedding here the other day and with the whole thing having to be organised in the space of 7 weeks due to my wife's father's ill health so of course there where some things that went a little wrong but the hotel was superb and the staff were absolutely amazing they were so friendly and helpful and our guests loved the food so a big thank you to the catering staff we would also like to give a huge thank you to Diane and James for making our day special I would recommend this hotel for anything you want to do the beds are comfy the rooms are clean and tidy staff are brilliant I would nominate this hotel for an award if there was one

Lovely old hotel, beautiful dining room and bar, excellent food, lovely breakfast, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff.

Absolutely gorgeous!! Was one of my favorite places to stay while traveling through Scotland!

This was a Xmas present from family. As we had friends whom lived locally, we were keen to visit and have a grand Scottish meal in a restaurant renowned by locals and worldwide visitors. Yes we have Covid 19. Reality time. Entering the lovely building in the heart of Scotland, reminds me of a cold decor free man pub in any Scottish Town. My heart sank, I was really excited and expected to see the best of Scottish traditions and deco. The reception area was the only glow in the ground floor. The lady's were excellent in manner and helpful. But again the cold advice of this disease was the major topic. My thanks to all for making it a cheerful and to ensure our stay was safe. I mark them or top marks in this challenge. Or room was a superior, again the wee touches gone. My heart was now sinking further. I know the best was being offered, but travelodge offer better superior rooms. Lastly was dining room the reason for the visit. I was shocked at the bare and missing grandeur of a 5 star hotel. The meal was a really disappointing list of easy cook meals. The staff again above and beyond in helpfulness. I could go on but it's not the hotels fault. But I'm sure someone in the organisation can get around some of the restrictions and make it more a lovely experience. To say it covids fault is not fair. I'm normally a fair and honest person, but this virus and visit has me wondering if I'm being too harsh. It was just not a truly nice experience. Again my thanks to all the local staff, you are true heroes in these demanding and challenging times.. What is not acceptable. Is food from a company nowhere near to this destination is supplying breakfast. We are in the heart of Scotland. The best breakfast is renowned around the world as being Scottish. Maybe the key members of this organisation should have a unanimously night to experience a covid 19 stay. Would you be happy to pay.

room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed, bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. staff were all very polite and friendly. our evening meal was absolutely excellent! a real treat! breakfast was very tasty too! we would definitely recommend Huntington tower hotel and we hope to return sometime!

This is a very comfortable hotel in a good location. What made it great for us was the friendliness of the staff and their helpfulness. I am vegetarian and my husband is vegan; we let them know about this in advance and they put together a special vegan menu for him. His food was delicious (as was mine) and their eagerness to get it right and make sure he had a good experience was lovely. I was in the area for work and we only stayed two nights but we ll be back.

It was for a funeral, not exactly a situation to give a thumbs up to or write a review. Like a Vampire, it's a place that appears to benefit from the death of the locals, so well done on your choice of location: Up the road from the Crematorium.

This is a lovely country hotel set a few miles from Perth. The staff are terrific and the food is excellent. The grounds are magnificent. A good place to stop on your way to the Highlands.

Worst experience ever !! Arriving at 1am and being told that your confirmed booking is cancelled and that you have to find a new hotel for the night for 5 people. This should not exist. One of my worst experience ever.

Very nice hotel set in beautiful surroundings. Placed in a area where you can walk against the backdrop of the river.

One of the best places to stay at Perth. Warm welcome by reception staff, beautiful location, lovely rooms and a comfortable restaurant are all top notch. Love this place.

This hotel is fabulous very friendly staff especially on reception great food but most of all we were in the executive super king room which was bigger than my wee Polly pocket flat back home also had roll top bath great shower will hopefully be going back up in a couple of weeks loved it great night's sleep in the massive bed well worth the visit really

Only stayed for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Well recommended. Food good, not exceptional, however we still wished we could have stopped longer !

The hotel provided a drink on arrival and people were quickly served. The room was nicely decorated and ready for our event when we arrived. The staff were very professional and able to meet the needs of all guests. According to my fellow guests the cakes and desserts were some of the best that they'd ever had. Staff allowed us to box up any leftover food at the end of the event. More expensive than some other options but absolutely worth it.

I stayed here overnight with colleagues prior to a meeting the next day. The welcome was very warm and the hotel itself nice. My room was on the small side but clean and well equipped (other than a stand to put the suitcase on. This could be created by getting rid of a chair.) The bathroom was very clean and adequate. The shower was great. My only negative comment is the use of pump bottles of soap etc rather than individual shampoo etc. but not worth falling out over. The bed was very comfortable. We had dinner and the food was excellent as were the staff - nothing was too much trouble. All in all I would highly recommend the place. Thank you

Great stay as always . The hotel is stunning . The staff are amazing and so welcoming and couldn't be any more helpful and made our stay so special . The food is to die for got to hand it too the chef for the superior food . A small hotel in the suburbs of Perth, nice and cozy.

Good location, just 10 mins out of Perth in quiet and pleasant grounds. Hotel staff were excellent in every way. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Would stay there again.

I only had a cup of coffee, it was my first visit , will be back staff lovely, gardens and hotel spot on.

Lunch for 8 people as part of a birthday celebration. Mixture of set lunch and bar menu, three courses, wine and coffee. Visited for around 2 hours. Hotel quiet. Service good. Cosy bar and restaurant

Accommodating staff. Slow food service. Food was very oily and we had been forgotten. Nice gardens. Used as a wedding spot.

Customer service has been impeccable. From front desk remembering my name to staff saying a cheery hello when walking past. Rooms are clean with all amenities you need. Lovely setting with some nice short walks around.

An excellent hotel. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Used for lunches, dinner and afternoon teas on many occasions due to its central access and beautiful grounds. Friendly staff and lovely surroundings.

Food was awesome (a real highlight) and the staff were very nice. Rooms were a little dated but decent ; I've heard that they do have newly refurbished ones elsewhere in the hotel. Would recommend this place if you're in or near Perth.

Meeting rooms are large and well equipped. Good coffee and shortbread. Also had out Xmas meal here and it was top notch

Our group have been attending the Huntingtower Hotel for a number of years now for our Christmas Party. It has never failed to deliver on making it a great night. Staff are excellent, rooms are comfy, and the night itself has always been great. Looking forward to next year!

Great experience room lived up to expectations, spacious clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful, courteous and friendly, some of the best I have exsperienced. Restrurant Food excellent.

I will be getting married at the Huntingtower Hotel in November 2016. We have two wedding coordinators working with us, Dianne and Shannon, and they are absolutely fantastic to work with. I get the feeling that there is nothing that is too much trouble and they are so supportive in making sure everything comes off without a hitch. I've also eaten at the hotel restaurant and the food is amazing.

Very nice former mansion just before Perth. Very friendly staff and great food in the restaurant. There is a nice little garden around the hotel. Nearby is Huntingtower Castle.

We have been coming to the Huntingtower Hotel annually for over 20 years and we always enjoy it. This year, now under Leonardo, it was still very good, with the following minor exceptions: the usual seasonal offers were not available, making our stay a bit more expensive, even though joining the rewards programme took 10% off; we had to dine in the conservatory for 2 nights due to a Murder Mystery weekend (which we were not told about when booking) taking up the Oak dining room; the conservatory was not quite warm enough for total comfort; the Chilean Sauvignon Blanc was rather insipid but the Shiraz was excellent. Other than that all was good. The food and the service remain excellent. We'll be back again next year.
