This has been the best experience with anyone in the dental field ...EVER!! Dr. Klassman is brilliant. He makes you feel safe and comfortable at all times. His staff is so professional and have such a pleasant demeanor. I have rather complicated dental needs but Dr. Klassman was able to manage everything without issue. If you need a periodontist do yourself a favor and go to Dr. Klassman. You won't regret it!

They are very customer oriented. I hate dentist office visit but Jo makes it easier. She is always gentle and careful.

I wish I was referred five years earlier.
Dr Brad fixed my problems, no more bleeding and irritated gums.
The staff are easy to work with, they even accommodate working people with late appointments.

My appointments are always prompt, very professional and friendly staff, Dr. Klassman is always upbeat, professional and does outstanding work. I have had two implants done by Dr. Klassman and both times the surgeries went well- with amazingly quick recovery time .

I will start my review by stating that Dr. Klassman is an excellent dentist. I was referred to him by my then family dentist for gum disease that developed and more indepth treatment that he could not provide.
I needed Laser Periodontal Therapy which Dr. Klassman specializes in.

Their office is very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and friendly, and professional.

My expensive and only problem was how up front they were about accepting my insurance and not finding out that they did not participate with my insurer until after I had signed the contract to have the procedure done. To be told we (take) your insurance is not the same as we (participate) with your insurance company.

This expensive lesson set my family back $8,305.00, with a reimbursement from my insurance company of about $170.00.

When your gum's are bleeding, painful and worse you just want to be healed. I have insurance lets get this started so my pain will end. You accept my insurance, game on.

As a cautionary tell for anyone that reads this review please learn from my expensive mistake:

1. Don't let pain cloud your judgement.
2. Don't ask if you take my insurance, ask if they participate with your insurance company.
3. Call your insurance company and verify that they do participate with that medical establishment as insurers records my not be up to date.

UPDATE 08/13/2020

I had recently went back to Delaware Periodontics for cleaning due to the fact that my current dental office was still closed due to COVID-19. They were still not in my insurance network, but my insurer still covered the cost. My hygienist Nancy was incredible, and everyone in the office were professional and courteous. I had to use them in pinch and them hit it out of the park.
If they were in my network I would have no problem returning to them on a regular basis. If you are looking for a great dental office, I highly recommend them. Because of this visit I gave them 5-stars.

Every part of my visit was wonderful. My hygienist was excellent and made sure to take time to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable.

Dr. Klassman was very inviting, informative and professional. The office staff was nice, friendly and professional as well. Dr. Klassman kept me informed about everything he was doing. The office was nice an clean.
