Because I didn't have insurance they treated me like deal the doctor didn't care at all he just prescribed me some medications to get me out of there. The ER nurses checking people in and carrying on their personal conversations with out common decency that there's people in real pain.

My family has dealt with this particular hospital ...

My family has dealt with this particular hospital a few times due to my great-grandmother being diabetic and complications with her knee surgeries. I hadn't noticed any overall issues or mistreatment or neglect until my grandmother (great-grandmother's daughter) admitted herself from (12/01/20)-(12/26~/20), and she's been incapacitated since admisson due to illness, however due to overall neglect by infrequent changings and the nurses ignoring her, she developed severe sores. She experienced different treatment in ICU (being better) rather than the nurses in Oncology where the time difference in a visit from a doctor or tasks by nurses took maybe 30 minutes to be completed in ICU, but HOURS if at all in Oncology, sometimes the doctor's themselves would schedule meetings with the family and not show up, but the main problem we experienced was with one particular nurse in Oncology, Sam? An African nurse who was being entirely too rough with such a fragile patient. From this hospital, we also got a terrible hospice service, Harbor Hospice. Both of these places have terrible reviews for a reason, and not petty reasons- if you ignore patients you will cause detrimental harm to patients through neglect.

How in the world is this place still open!!! If my ectopic pregnancy wasn't rupturing...and I wasn't experiencing internal bleeding.. I would of went ANYWHERE else. Unfortunately this was closest. Upon arrival via ambulance.. ER nurse "Cassie" I believe was the most ghetto unprofessional sorry excuse for a nurse I've ever met! I'm in the middle of losing a baby..for the SECOND time..and she tells me I need to stop having sex or make my partner pull out!???? Or "do something"??.. She was obnoxious the entire time. Extremely insensitive
And unprofessional.. Laughing as if she thought that trash was cute. Ridiculous. I will not even BEGIN on hospitalist Perez. Was basically on my own until nurse Lilian arrived.... Didnt receive breakfast until almost 10am! Its 1:30.. Ive been discharged... AND STILL NO LUNCH! and yes I hv insurance! This place has always been awful! Absolutely horrible.

Please remove Angela Lee from your Security duty, she has no place in customer service. She was rude, unprofessional and not willing to help. I had planned on giving such a great review of the ER and ICUM staff I stumbled in to the hospital with an elevated blood sugar of 975 and the team helped me walk out today, not out of the woods but the staff upstairs helped cut the forest down. But the horrible experience with this employee stains my stay. I left with a plan to get my Insulin but was asked to come back to get it filled at the pharmacy here, she told me I had to come back Monday, No insulin. Not cool.

One of the ER staff "Melvin" threatened to call security because he couldn't understand what I was saying thru the intercom. I was just in the ER to get clearance for the rest of the family to enter and he handled me in an unprofessional manner. His attitude only cause us more grief during our visit. Following up with a complaint and a grievance.

12-27-17 i received a call from Mr. Damon following up on the complaint that was filed against "Melvin" the ER staff. I can appreciate concern Mr.Damon showed towards employee behavior and the concern towards patient relations. I do hope Melvin thinks twice before taking matters into his own hands because next time things could escalate into something worse. Thank you Damon for your follow up.

Honestly the worst hospital. I went there feeling suicidal and they said I need to go find a therapist. They broke a state law. I told them I had a plan and everything. They were beyond rude. I believe people should be treated with dignity and that was not the case the night I visited.

I must say out of all of the staff that I encounte...

I must say out of all of the staff that I encountered- there were only three that appeared to that me any attention. When I first arrived to the hospital yesterday morning at 5:30am, I approached the front desk, I saw the young lady look at me, and then decided to look back down and began fiddling with her cell phone. So I kind of stood there for a second before asking her if I had to grab one of these forms first and she said yes. I grabbed a clipboard and filled out the paper. Th e young lady and some nurses were behind the desk laughing and making jokes. I tried to return the clipboard but had to be buzzed in order to open the window. So the young lady did- never acknowledging me or giving me further direction so I took it upon myself to go sit down and wait. Shortly I was called to the back. Even still, they were all into each other never really acknowledging or speaking to me. Just a lot of inside jokes and laughter going on- I didn t mind 100% bc I wasn t feeling well and didn t really wanna talk. Next I went to a nurse or MA named Israel, still lots of jokes going on. He asked me to have a seat- there was a trash can in the chair. He apologized and mentioned it to the young lady at the front desk where she busted out laughing about it. It just looked so unprofessional for her to think that s funny when A patient is already sick.

With Israel, I was asked my weight, height and a few other questions. I didn t think it would hurt for them to check my weight themselves but okay. after he told me to take a urine test and set it on a red tray when finished before going to wait in the lobby. Shortly after, I received a room. Luckily the entire wait time was quick.

In the room my nurse Ginger came in. She was so sweet and thorough. She was wrapping up the last few minutes of her shift. While she was there Dr. Bundette came in and he was so nice and vibrant! Ginger and Dr. Bundette truly elevated my entire experience! Very kind and heard me out completely.

After Ginger s shift- another nurse named Tamika took over. She was present but kind of stuck strictly to her job. No conversation, no suggestions, I had wrapped my jacket around me because I was freezing- I would ve thought she d offer me a cover at least but I had to request it.

A lady came in to take me to do my xrays. I don t remember her name but she was very sweet!

When I returned Tamika came in to request I do another urine test bc apparently my first one was thrown away :-(. Luckily I was able to.

fastforward

Upon being discharged, Nurse Tamika came in to have me sign some papers for discharge as well as give me my prescriptions. She unhooked me from all of the plugs but left all of the sticker things that the wires were connected to all over my body. It was just so sloppy. Would it have hurt to take that stuff off of me? After that she literally just walked out the room. I was left there unsure- like at this point do I just walk out? Am I waiting for the Dr? She didn t even say bye. literally.... she just left. No form of communication. Like I couldn t even get escorted back to the front? So after a few moment I kinda navigated my way out and left.

Thank you Dr. Bundette, Ginger and the lady in the X-ray department for making my experience better. The other ones- they should really find new jobs. Especially the young lady at the front desk. how is it that the ones with the Most stressful jobs had the best personalities??.

I recently moved to the area and the convience of ...

I recently moved to the area and the convience of having a hospital near by was great. My experience though was up and down. I was brought in via ambulance and had to wait a while for them to find me a bariatric bed. Ultimately they found a bed which was very uncomfortable and my feet were crunched against the footboard. I m only 5 8 so I couldn t be that y all. The bed was still fairly small for a baratric patient.

ER
My experience with the ER department was mixed. The support staff was great. They tried to make me as comfortable as possible even though I was clearly uncomfortable. The biggest problem I had was the ER nurse. My room in the ER was very adjacent to the nurses station. Steps away. Well this nurse proceeds to gossip about me to another employee all while I m sitting up in my bed looking at him. He was telling the employee about how much I weighed and they had to find me a bed. This nurse is toxic to the ER department. He may me hardworking but he has no sense and clearly thinks he s the center of attention to speak about patients just feet away. He also threatened to put a catheter in me if I didn t pee in a bottle. He then sent 4 male ER students to my room to get a urine sample. 3 of them were behind me and one was in front of me holding a cup. I rejected to give them urine. I was uncomfortable and dehydrated anyways so I couldn t give a sample.

Admission
I got To the ER at 3am and couldn t get me into a room until 3pm. A man from the hospitality department said they were ordering me a bed and it will be in my room. I waited a few hours and kept pressing the nurse. I can t remember her name but she was amazing. I told them if they can just take me up to the room with the bed I m currently in just so I can get up there and get away from the hustle and bustle of the ER department. A few hours pass by and I m livid but I can t do anything. The nurse had finally said they got me a room and just a few extra minutes I was transported to my room.

Btw that bed they had ordered... never came

Staff
Exceptional staff, nurses, and doctors. Except for Mr. ER Nurse. They are attentive to your needs, friendly, nice, and hear you out.

I ve been to plenty of hospitals and while there were a few issues here and there. The professionalism of the experts here far outweigh the negative.

Update- Discharge

It took them 6 hours to discharge me. It was so long the transport to take me home had already closed. I waited all day to go home and now I have to stay here another night. They really botched today s discharge. They had the odessedy to tell me their hand are tied. Very upset and livid.

Changed To 2/5 from 3/5 stars

Best experience I've had at a hospital ER way better than Baylor. You actually seen a doctor not a nurs. Came in for a infected hand the doctor took good care of it. 2.5hrs from the time I walked in to the time I left and I had to get a bottle of iv antibiotics ran. If I need to go to the er anytime soon this is where I want to be treated.

I was admitted on 1/22/21 with Covid related pneumonia. Spent one week here and I cannot say enough about the staff. Anyone and everyone who had a hand in my recovery did so with class, compassion and drive. I did not have a problem with any nurse, tech, specialist. Even the housekeeping department was truly special. Theresa, Alisha, Shay, Kaley, Thalia, Ivan, and many others put forth their best efforts to keep me well and sane! This was actually my third trip to the ER this week as a different Methodist just put a band aid on me and sent me out the door. These are the true heroes. They do not wear capes, but as far as I'm concerned they were all worthy of wearing them. Many thanks to Methodist Charlton hospital. The real superstars of society!! Thanks again!!!

Wish more people's reviews were more specific on here their experience was, I had a wonderful experience with the operating room staff.

Like some I was wary cause of the bad reviews but I believe this is mainly targeted at the ER. I too had a not so great experience from an ER at Medical City Lewisville but the OR staff there was great.

On to my review. I came here for hernia surgery, a few days before I was covid tested, blood work and x ray'd to so the staff could see if there was anything to be cautious about for my surgery. Today was surgery day and everyome I spoke with was friendly and professional and made it easy to get comfortable.

Ruby from the OR post recovery stuff was truly amazing and took care of me very well so wanted to give her recognition.

Everyone I asked a question not only gave me the answer but really explained things. The stay from check in at Out Patient to discharge practiced good covid safety measures. Overall my OR experience here was better that at Medical City Lewisville but they also did a fantastic job.

So on 1/26 at 4:11 AM I was rushed to the ER due to nausea, constant vomiting, and extreme abdominal pain. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the staff and my nurse Michael in the ER unit. Now I just wanted to personally say that in all my years of hospital visits, he truly made me feel at peace and made sure that everything was in order. We also talked for a good minute and its good to know that there are still people who genuinely care about their job and the people that they serve. I personally want to thank Michael for taking good care of everything and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves because he was truly one of a kind. Thanks again Methodist.

Worst hospital in Dallas county PERIOD!!!!! The staff shows no compassion for the ill or their families. Its dirty and UNSANITARY. Especially with Covid 19, you cant call and get details on your loved ones because they will provide false information and refuse to give valid updates. Not to mention they will tell you refer to another family member because they dont want to update everyone. This facility needs to be shut down.

I got discharged from the hospital without being took what happened or what they did for me. The discharge papers were very vague about my visit. I called them and spoke with a receptionist for the ER named Desire - she lacked compassion and phone etiquette. She kept huffing and puffing and belittling me like a child. She is one of the rudest person I every spoke with. Then I called the main number for Methodist and spoke with a Sandra? Whoever was working at 7:30pm on 1/22/2021. I couldn t finish explaining myself and she quietly transferred me to a random number with a voicemail. I called again and asked for assistances, but she was also rude. I requested to speak with her supervisor, but was put on voicemail. I always have a terrible experience at this hospital because all of them are so rude. I will never want to go back here again even if I m dying in an ambulance I rather be taking farther away than Methodist. 0/0 do no come here, these people lack compassion.

Today August 23, i can not recall the doctors name in the ER cause I was just worried in getting my sister out. Doctor was a joke he look like he was on Drugs himself . He was diagnosing my sister with another patients condition my sister informed him of her name and he continue calling her someone else's name my sister ask the Doctor if he could read her results his answer was go wait in the waiting room and if I find them and see something wrong I will call you back in. I still need to give you a prescription but don't buy the medicine wait 2 day cause it can give you and allergic reaction to treat your bronchitis
When she went in there for something that had nothing to do with a cold we had to walk out of there before they gave her something that would harm her VERY SCARY. This hospital has gone down hill this past year don't know what is the deal . Never going back they need better staff and better doctors cause in this shift they where all a Joke especially the Doctor You don't play with people's health

they re only getting 5 stars because I had the most wonderful nurse ever! Osbaldo C. is the best nurse I ve ever had since I ve been going there. he made sure I was well taken care of along with the other lady that I was in a room with. he is kind hearted and genuine. he made it known to me if I felt like I was being treated wrong that I could ask for someone else. Also, Nicole, she did my ultrasound and she was so nice, I didn t feel pressured, and she took good care of me.

I also have to add one bad thing: Nurse LaTrice (I probably spelled her name wrong) she... when she was trying to draw my blood, it wasn t going but she kept poking and poking and poking, I told her I wasn t feeling like i was gonna pass out from the poking and pain, and she said it was cause of my medicine (which I didn t take) then she proceeds to put another needle in my arm which she started poking around and nothing still came out. I told her I felt like I was gonna pass out and she said its cause of my meds which I still haven t taken. so she finally decided to take both the needles out and get the blood from my hand. after that, she was gonna take me to the waiting room and I told her I still haven t had my meds and its like she was choosing to ignore me. Nurse Osbaldo was standing in the hallway and told her he ll take me so he could give me my meds and she said Oh I thought she had her meds ....
if i could post the picture of the bruise i gotten from an IV when I visited Tuesday its pretty bad. I told a nurse it hurt but i guess there s nothing she could ve done???... the nurse that did my IV was a really good nurse tho.

but anyways Nurse Obsaldo is the best.

I had my son in March and this hospital for me was a terrible experience. The food is nasty. The nurses attitude were horrible. I told them multiple times I was feeling something in my stomach. Come to find out it was my son slipping out. The nurse delivered him. Oh and let me not forget they messed up my sons circumcision. Diapers full of blood. So save yourself the trouble.

I have had 2 children here and I was treated like I was the only person they had to take care of. If I ever have any emergencies, this is where me and my family come.

I brought my daughter in because it was right down the street from the care now that suggested she go right away to an ER due to the cheat xray showing pneumonia in her left lung. My experience was terrible nurse arguing with a patient not listening to Dr when she advised that she remove herself. Once triage sees u back to the waiting area for atleast an hr then we were called back they gave my baby a breathing treatment sent her back to the waiting area for another hr. Was told they would do bloodwork and start IV and if she needed further treatment they would have to transport her to another hospital because this particular hospital did not have children beds! Bullet wound stab wound dying keep going to the NEXT nearest hospital. I will never utilize their services again

I brought a friend to the ER here and it is disgusting. An overwhelming smell of urine greeted us upon entry. We waited over two hour to finally be taken back to a room, all the while my friend is in excruciating pain (ended up having her gallbladder removed).

Nurses were nice but the overall assessment of the service and facility was terrible.

Methodist usually has much higher standards.

My cousin gave birth at this hospital and received the WORST CARE I've ever encountered in a healthcare facility from a labor and delivery unit! 3rd floor to be exact! Staff is rude and not compassionate and needs to be retrained in ethics IMMEDIATELY! What should've been a glorious experience for her was turned into nothing short of a prison stay! She was questioned about if she was "REALLY" breastfeeding, asked why her other daughter was still there with her even THREATENED about a "CPS" call? Really?!!! She had to CHANGE HER OWN LINENS AND BEG FOR A SHOWER FROM STAFF WHO WAS TOO BUSY! Mind you she just had a c-section! I wouldn't bring my dog here! I'm calling everyone under the sun this week, including STATE and a damn lawyer! The care here is unacceptable and must be investigated!

I have usually viewed this hospital s emergency room as one of the worst in DFW when it came to my families care. I even experienced racism by a white male employee back in 2011 when my mother was rushed to the hospital. But on Saturday, my family experienced one of the hardest days of our lives when my aunt passed. Nurse Cassie (ER nurse) showed such great compassion towards our family and ensured we were okay. If Charlton can enforce an environment of respectful care as this nurse had shown, I believe they can become a respected choice for healthcare.

Was seen within 15 minutes because I had a REAL emergency (heart palpitations) at the ER. I see alot of people complaining about wait times. Maybe its because you DON'T have an emergency. The staff were overall good and objective. However that bulletproof window is off-putting. Maybe you should hire security and remove that so people can actually speak to someone when checking in.

Clean up your act Charlton Methodist hospital. You re below the standards of operating efficiently, at least on the 6th floor. The service is poor. Caring and being 100% concerned about the needs of the patient could be improved. After all, the insurance companies are paying you well. There are a few emplyoyees who went above and beyond what you expect from them but only a few. Insist on outstanding work and you'll see a different response from people about your service.

Definitely do NOT recommend this Hospital. If you need Emergency assistance, drive the distance to another ER. Do not know if this place has lack of initiative, understaffed or what, but you can see in previous reviews alongside with this one. 2 hours and 45 minutes to get into a room and still waiting for another 23 minutes. Brought my mother here for accidentally cutting her finger. I m glad the bleeding stopped or we would be in a horrible situation right now.

Sadly, this is the lowest star. If there was a zero, yes I would rate this as a zero. On August 5th, my daughter had to be seen by a Dr. Who did not tell truth about my daughter's situation. Her nurse Kathey M. Was very rude and inconciderate of my feelings, she tried to get me thrown out for no reasons. She contacted Rebecca M. Who came across in such a rude way. They both lied, I asked them to document my daughter's allergies of penicillin and latex, Kathey Did NOT! My daughter could have gotten sicker or died because of this. Please do not take your loved one to this PLACE !

I had a very horrible 11 day stay there and I wish to God and pray to God I never have to go back to that hospital again. They are very unprofessional when you're in a room they did not tell you what they're doing when you're the patient one nurse almost let me choke to death before she finally gave me the Heimlich cuz the other nurse said if you don't give her the Heimlich I'm going to. The nurse was literally going to let me sit there and choke to death. they also would not tell me what they were doing when they were doing it and why they were doing it and I was the patient. Like I said it was the most horrible stay I ever had in hospital. When I had my gallbladder out everything was fine but not when I had pneumonia bronchitis septice Diverticulitis and everything else they diagnosed me with they were very impatient very hateful and would not tell me anything.

I filled the paper out and patiently waited for him to acknowledge me and another young woman. he seemed to be filling out paperwork, however a simple I ll be right with you would have been more acceptable. unfortunately he glanced up at us and then proceeded to finish doing whatever he was doing with the paperwork. he finally asked did you ladies need something in a tone like he did not want to be bothered. as a patient who is in pain the last thing we need is to feel like the one place who is supposed to take care of us do not want to be bother. my second issue was the young women who were sitting and working the emergency trauma entrance upon arrival. they were constantly holding conversations amongst each other and gossiping about other patients. in my opinion that was very unprofessional. not one of them was doing their job, the whole time they proceeded to engage in conversation being loud and goofing off. another issues is sanitation. when one patient is called back to discuss their medical conditions their is no cleaning or sanitizing being done after a patient gets up which is very alarming not only for patients but staff as well. the 6ft guidelines were not being followed. they moved myself and other patients to another waiting area where we waited at least 2 hours to get covid testing done. an additional hour to receive our results. we were all sitting in a secluded room and called one by one out into the hall where we were given our results. thank for mine came back negative however two people were called before me out into the hall and came back in saying their results were positive. having us all in a small room together with no real space I. between is puts us in jeopardy of leaving the hospital with covid because we were next to someone else who had it and nurses on duty were not sanitizing areas after a patient left. my final issue will be with nurse Kristen L. for her rudeness towards another patient. nurse Kristen came in to discharge an older woman who was clearly in a wheelchair and unable to walk. Kristen told the woman to follow her to the front, the woman asked her how was she going to be able to do that due to her situation. well ms. Kristen decided to say well how do you get around at home . when is it ever okay for a staff member to be rude and ugly towards a patient and mock their conditions.? I will never visit your hospital again because of my experience ... service was horrible and that is not okay.

The nurses are nice, but the doctors are rude as hell. They make assumptions about you before getting their facts together. They allow you to leave there with elevated blood pressures and no diagnostic testing even when you have insurance. Go someplace else and let them go out of business.

Nurse Julia from The postpartum unit really is an Angel on Earth. I myself have been a nurse for almost 14 years and I never saw the compassion that nurse Julia showed me that night. When I had my son my breastmilk wasn't coming in. I was having a meltdown from being in pain as i chose not to take anything after my csection. Nurse Julia encouraged me to not give up on breastfeeding but she also gave me my options so that my son wouldn't be hungry until my breastmilk came in. She also encouraged a pain medication that I was comfortable with. After she fed my son and medicated me I got some sleep and I felt like a new person. Nurse Julia kept her composure the whole time and really turned things around for me. Nurse Julia is truly amazing. I don't know how I can ever thank Julia but I will never forget her. I wish I could Thank her personally. She is truly an amazing person.

The hospital staff is very friendly. I've been there on several occasions in the last 6 months and was never disappointed. The 1st time was Aug 2016 when I delivered my firstborn baby girl. The nurses in labor and delivery were great as well as those in maternity. In Dec 2016, my mother went to the ER and ended up having emg surgery. She was in the hospital for a week. The people who took care of her were very friendly and accommodating. My mother went to the ER two other times and they were able to get to her pretty quickly. The ER staff might not be as warm and fuzzy, but are still pretty good considering their job.

I went to get an endoscopy and when I woke up my lip was cut, extremely swollen, and painful. The nurses in day surgery pretended not to notice. I ask 3 nurse and no one would tell me what happened. The doctor and the anesthesiologist were gone and there was no mention of my injury on any of the paperwork.

Best place to go if you want to die! I ve been waiting for a room in the ER for well over 2 hours and have been here long enough to watch them change shifts, watch the ER room get full, empty and full again. PATHETIC. It took them so long to see one man he ended up passing out in the restroom and they took a good minute to even get him off the floor.

Labor and Delivery

Labor and Delivery
Completely unprofessional. I came in to the emergency after a concern that I called my Dr. over. She told me to go to the ER. As I'm explaining my concerns (calmly I might add) this woman is literally rolling her eyes at me and being super condescending. I'm a first time mom, I may have some facts wrong. Ok. Instead of putting me at ease she chose to be rude. Then I could hear her telling my business and laughing with other nurses down the hall. I don't go to a hospital to be bullied. I will never come back here again. You guys should be ashamed of yourself.

Hospitals have failed to remember that the comfort of the patient comes first. We realize that every one is stressed, hospitals are extremely understaffed however when a family member is concerned about their loved ones, it is not the time for the doctor (mr. Tanaka) to lecture one about decorum. How about you concern yourself with the welfare of the patient and provide adequate information instead of being vague, maybe then you won't need to talk about family members behind their back. Kudos to the nurses who are the backbone on the hospital.

I practically lived in labor and delivery for 5 days while my BM gave birth. I loved the staff the were all helpful and made us as comfortable as possible. The staff gets 5 stars. However the facility does need some work. Which they are doing right now actually. The only thing that didn t work was the tv. The signal was bad it had good hours n bad. I feel like this place gets a bad rap but I thank the team for bringing my little boy into the world and doing everything to insure he was going to be ok.

This is such a poorly run hospital. I came in for stitches and waited HOURS to get have the ER slap some surgical glue on my thumb and call it a day. YEARS later, I discover that the doctor who saw me for 3 minutes charged me separately from the hospital for their labor and didn't charge my insurance, which I had at the time. Now, I have a collections agency hounding me and ruining my credit all in the midst of closing on a house. If you have the option, go ANYWHERE ELSE!

I m currently in the ER with my 83 year old father. I ve have been treated with dignity and fast service. Every single tech, nurse and Doctors has gone above and beyond in my option. No one likes being in the ER and expects a very long stay. But when it s a pleasant experience from every single person you come in contact with it makes it so much better. I can t comment on the floor nurses as we are still in the ER but if this is any indication of the level of service they provide, my father will be well taken care of.

I came with my wife for some medical attention because she was not feeling good, obviously. Well upon arriving to the emergency building we talked with the desk rep who seemed to not care at all about her job. They're was a gentleman that walked in and needed assistance with some paperwork and all she would say is "I don't understand you, I don't know what your saying" while I understood what he was trying to get help with I translated. Once again she said she could not help. Had a elderly guy that came in and he could hardly write and she just stood there and stared at him while the other patients in the emergency building helped. She stood there with a disgusted face. It's sad to see those type of people working at a place when a person is at there lowest. Try and put yourself in there shoes. Shes tall has glasses probably in her late 40s but looks like she's in her late 50s very white complected could not get her name as she did not want to give it to me. She's just an all around horrible staff member.

This is just a general comment from someone who knows the system. ER staff (nurses) are trained to care for life threatening problems first. Large hospitals often have long waits in ER especially if ambulances are frequent. NO one likes to wait or be in pain, it is very unfortunate when waiting room becomes so full and wait is long. No hospital or care provider is going to meet everyones expectations, though there are usually trends that can be helpful to observe to avoid situations again.

Does this hospital have Drs? My mother was brought in through the ER at around 5:30pm yesterday septic, UTI and God knows what else... almost 24 hours later and the nursing staff has NO information as to what/if anything has been done. Antibiotics? Tests? Dr checking her out? She hasn't even been given anything for pain and she is in her room, writhing and screaming in pain, incoherent and pitiful. When we were asking her nurse what they planned on doing she faked a runny nose, ran off and we never saw her again. We had to go hunt someone down, multiple times just to get SOME semblance of information. I just don't understand how a hospital can have NOBODY working in it that can treat a person and keep patients alive.

Where do I start I was soooo skeptical about this hospital due to the Overall bad reviews. It was an amazing experience from the staff in the triage area to the nurses in the actual labor and delivery part were so attentive caring like really caring not just doing their job caring Rebekah, Danielle and Teresa. Were beyond sweet all through the process. During the actual delivery were super supportive nice and very encouraging The hospital was clean with everything functioning properly. I am now in my recovery room super clean nurse Nikki charge nurse Vivian and director were again soooo helpful caring attentive to my needs. This is experience has been beyond great
