Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. It is a very clean hotel as every Hilton. Huge rooms with Very good mattresses and pillows. Breakfast is very decent and healthy. Plenty of restaurants and cafes near the hotel to a walking distance. Small pool for swimming, but cozy. The jacuzzi has no heater but due to the high temperatures in the zone the water is always a little more than warm. I highly recommend this hotel

What's the name of Hilton I was expecting something of higher-quality I was very underwhelmed it would think with the holidays they would have some nice decorations up I'd look like if they were I forgotten completely about it I guess that's the way of big business nowadays lots of construction going on downstairs of their main lobby
Friendly helpful staff, recently refurbished hotel, good breakfast, pool area, small adequate gym, nearby restaurants, car hire, shopping malls few minutes ride away
Was there for a conference did not stay in any rooms the lobby and the conference rooms and the staff and the food was well above average I would recommend the Hilton in Mesa
I went for a work party and the service was great! The staff was super friendly and the food was great! Nothing super special about the room but it was very modern and looked nice.
Nice hotel. Large rooms. Clean. The road noise was horrible. Stay on the opposite side if the highway. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Strange not having a T V in the bedroom. Only T V was in the living room area. Starbucks coffee shop was nice.
This Hilton was GORGEOUS. I travel quite a bit for work and not only was this Hilton surprisingly affordable, but I paid more for hotels that weren't as nice in other parts of Arizona. This place has a gorgeous lobby, and a bar with some local brews should that be the direction you want to go. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby and the rooms were beautiful and modern. Next time I'm in Phoenix, I definitely plan on staying here again.
I attended the Hilton for a training conference. I did not actually stay in a room there. My experience as a guest for a conference however, went well. The staff attended to all of our needs. My biggest complaint was a lack of proper planning to staff the bar during my company's evening dinner.
Reasonable for the price. Clean and well maintained, but annoying staff that tried to come into the room 3 times between 9-10am on my last morning at the hotel. The restaurant there is ok. The room included a complimentary breakfast, breakfast was ok. Also got dinner there the night I arrived, wasn't great and really slow service. Plenty of other options near by to choose from, which is what I'd suggest.
Custom service is phenomenal. The rooms are extremely clean, well kept, and modern. The location is great - close enough to everything but yet not right in the middle of the business. Breakfast is so much more than your continental breakfast! Will definitely stay here again!
Oh my oh my oh my it's beautiful the pillows or wow lay your head on it and it goes all the way in all the way in it feels good on the bed come get one you're so it don't cost that much only $145 and that's cheap I'm going to give this for stars maybe five
Hilton Safety- Police Officer presence (6 officers) for over 1.5 on 5th floor was concerning late evening-officers were photographing room-Front Desk response with the repeated phrase "minor issue, nothing to worry about" was not a satisfying response to our concerns.
Hilton Breakfast staff in a hurry, seemed inconvenienced when we requested to order off menu-we were informed that "all the items are on the buffet" when we wanted to order something fresh. We were not greeted at seating, but well into our meal, coffee/drink orders were only brought after we had to get a server's attention. We were not checked on again, except for staff to snatch our group breakfast coupons off our tables.
Hilton Breakfast quality, sausage links pink on inside all 4 days-salmon not as fresh as it could've been. Ran out of yogurt all 3 days, no bananas 2 days, coffee was fresh and hot, appreciated french vanilla creamer request being honored, until last day when it ran out (on a Monday 8am).
Hilton Room noise-plumbing, toliet flushing heard, water running, stomping, walls very thin above us.
Hilton Housekeeping -Pull out sofa was not made up, had to request sheets & do it ourselves. Pull out sofa mattress extremely uncomfortable, springs were squeaky. Requested towels were not brought one evening@ 5p, called housekeeping again @9p & then finally brought POOL TOWELS with funky odor at 10pm.
Hilton Maintenance -TV in master room did not function late in evening, maintenance arrived promptly & fixed issue-it was greatly appreciated.
Hilton Staff -The Bellman at front desk provided excellent guest service and possessed 4 star manners/demeanor, very polished- it was greatly appreciated.
Hilton Bar area- Bar staff initially courteous but overwhelmed during dinner time, could not get food order in timely manner, (after quite a large tab of food & beverage - both cocktails & non-alcoholic) 3 of our group brought food in & sat at side table away from bar & the rest of our group- after we were rudely told we could not have outside food in area. Understandably Hilton was to make money but if there are not enough staff scheduled to keep up, what are guests supposed to do? The male employee who informed us of no outside food-did not offer an apology for lack of service or spend any time being cordial to us.
We have stayed at Hilton Properties in past and have an upcoming Colorado trip and are undecided if we would give another HILTON property a chance.
Some of the rooms are nice most are just fine. The staff is mostly very friendly but it did have one gentleman who was very rude during a late check-in. The biggest problem is twice now I have found insects in the bed, not bed bugs. The first time was a small worm in the sheets so I requested a different room, this most recent stay I found a beetle under the pillow. I will be staying somewhere else on my next trip
This hotel is standard for Hilton excellence in cleanliness and service. It's spacious and comfortable in the room. We're staying in the original high rise side this time, it's been nicely updated and maintained.
The only downside is that they're doing major renovation in the lobby by the resturant area, but it'll be great for the next visit.
It has indoor courtyard with the height reaching 11 stories. I love that kind of layout. It's very quiet with no street noise, and air conditioned, which is a must in Phoenix az this time of year.
The lady up in the front was super nice and the rooms are very clean such a nice room and view it had a nice bar and was great for a morning coffee on our way out
Worst customer service experience I have ever received. Room was filthy, sheets had red/pink stains, toilet wouldn't flush, shower didn't drain. The breakfast was beyond horrible, and I still paid full price without eating the food; sent eggs back twice, asked for no meat and got potatoes cooked with bacon. At checkout I wasn't even asked how my stay was; the employees seem to know how horrible of a place this is to stay. I would never stay at this hotel ever again and know question all Hilton hotels.
Room 409 was dirty cob webs everywhere in the Windows and coming off the lamps! Bed was really uncomfortable (super hard) and pillows were so broken down the second you layed your head down they were flat! The set up is Not worth $200 a night for a suite! towels were not neatly folded and looked like they were just tossed in the cabinets. Make sure you bring your own water cause they charge 5 bucks a bottle. No tubs and the add on shelf in the shower was covered in lime scale as well as the shower head and Handel. I will never stay at a Hilton again absolutely gross!
Terrible room and limited amenities even though I am a Hilton Honors member. Need to look for a hotel elsewhere the next time we are here, maybe Marriott!
Clean. They didn't say it was under renovation when I booked the room. The air conditioner (jr suite) was horrible. Didn't sleep well due to the heat. But it was clean & nicely arranged.
Had issues with the room we were given. However, they did move us to another room but in that room we had issues with the air conditioner and the shower drain. Both these issues, maintenance was able to take care of. Also, we weren't fans of how the executive lounge was ran. The front desk have us times that it would be available but they were wrong so we ended up never being able to partake in that. Simply put, these are things that we normally don't run across at a Hilton.
The whole service is very bad, when we're there , me my kids and my hsuband in a buisness meeting with 20 other people, we all were very unhappy with everything, from the front desk to the afternoon snack bar where the lady treats people like garbage. If I can help it, we ll never go to his hotel again.
It's a nice looking place. Looks fancy to me. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the bathrooms are nice. And most importantly, they have soft toilet paper. There's a sushi bar downstairs I think. I got in late and it was closed. But I think it said sushi. Rooms have a fridge, but no microwave, if you were looking for a room with microwaves. They have small balconies. Just enough to walk out on to. But still kinda nice. The only thing I found weird were their trashcans. They're oddly skinny. Elevators move fast.
I went to this hotel when I was looking for a good place to stay for few days. My brother recommended me this hotel so I decided to come here. The place was very beautiful and the infrastructure was great. The whole staff was very amazing and they were very friendly with me.
Been staying here for the last 6 months regularly..no issues up until this evening. I flew in and had to get my new company card in the morning. The woman at the front was very rude and was not willing to work with me till morning. I don't use credit cards personally. She was willing to let me sleep outside. I thankfully was able to get a room for the week at the MARRIOTT up the street for the week!!!!
The recent remodel has done it's best to fix the total disaster of the previous remodel. This hotel will never be able to get back to its glory days of polished bronze columns and a Hilton family member's pinned butterfly collection, but if you hadn't seen this property 20 years ago you'd never know what a gem it used to be.
The place is modern elegant, and one of the nicest looking ones in the Phoenix metro. All of the employees are kind, generous, and personable. The breakout rooms and ballrooms are more than adequate. This is an excellent spot for a quiet stay or a busy conference.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, room service food was very tasty and not stupidly pricey, asked for extra towels and they were there in minutes. A great experience.
