Too expensive for what they had to offer during the pandemic. The pool area was not being policed. There was a big cockroach in the pool bathroom and people had left clothes that did not get picked up. Our stay last year around the same time was alit better.

This hotel has CONCRETE WALLS. I cannot emphasize this enough. The walls, and I believe the floor, in the rooms are concrete and are therefore nearly soundproof. I really hate hearing neighbor's TVs, alarm clocks, footsteps, etc. I heard absolutely NONE of this in my room. The only sound was the gentle hum of traffic on the freeway, but was really quiet.
Room service was quick and friendly. Room was clean and a decent size for a jr suite.
The only negatives are that the hot water in the shower really wasnt that hot and took a few minutes to get there, and the restaurant doesn't open for breakfast until 6:30am.

Room that we got wasn't what we reserved. Checked in on 8/12. Chose this hotel because the room we wanted said it had a jetted whirl pool tub for my back. Pictures on the website for the hotel clearly show it and it is listed with the room. Went to desk to ask about an was told this hotel didn't tubs even though it was pictured and listed.

Nothing around hotel but hotel have a shuttle bus to take you to outlet malls. Arizona mills and chandler Mall. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff friendly and if you cone here often as I do they even remember your name giving that personal touch you don't get everywhere.

This place was under construction and I had reserved a suite with a whirlpool and when I arrived to my room it didn't even have a bath tub. I went to the front desk and there was nothing they could do. I am very disappointed as it took a whole day away from my short trip to Phoenix I would not recommend this Hilton to anyone it was a mess and at 930 a.m still no manager onsite

Nice hotel with a great staff and reasonably priced too. The room was spacious and well appointed. The grounds were well maintained. I'd be happy to stay here again if/when I am in the area again.

Well managed hotel with thoughtful management. Breakfast was good. Pool was kept at warm temperature. Convenient location. Good advice on restaurants. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

ANDREW at the front desk is the reason i am taking the time to write this review. He is so helpful , patient and extremely friendly and nice. ANDREW gets a 5star. The hotel overall gets a 3 star!!. THIS IS NOT A 4STAR HOTEL . I have stayed at most all of the local hotels in the area. The Biltmore and The Valley Ho are 4 star hotels. This Hilton is more like a 3 star hotel.

We had fruit flies in the "kitchen" part of our room. They came and sprayed with bug spray but there were still more. Also, the coffee maker and fridge were not very clean. The shower curtain was so short the floor was soaked after one shower. The beds were very comfortable though...

I live in hotels about half of the year... take that for what it's worth. Cool styling, very open interior lobby. Rooms open to a mini outside balcony. The 2 stars is for a couple things that I found very unusual and a bit upsetting. They charge you $75 for a pet fee which is asinine. Standard pet fees are around $30 so this is just gouging. They place a $40 hold per night for incidentals which is unusual and excessive. Oh yeah, no microwave. Weird.

The location was great. Right in the middle of of good attractions, next to a shopping mall. There were a couple loud guests that I could easily hear through my room door, but that's common.

This hotel has the weirdest suites and rooms. They feel like a strange Frankenstein monster of two rooms mashed together that may or may not have been on purpose. The floors on the upper levels are slanted which should really give you pause.

The old executive club had a warmer feel, Gloria is awesome as always. Breakfast bar and executive club needs to go back to they were, they cut way down on the food items, where's the salmon.

Convienent access right off the 60 freeway off of Alma School road. Nice, maintained hotel with a breakfast buffet in the mornings in the Resident restaurant and a lounge bar in the atrium. A gym room and pool are available; the executive lounge was closed when I stayed so I didn't go there. There's 8 floors so plenty of rooms. I was able to get a good rate for the weekend, although I stayed out in town for most of the weekend so I didn't spend much time here during the days.

I liked this hotel. I had a room on the second floor with number 215. I feel lucky that I had balcony and a bath tub in my room since my mates, which had rooms on the floors from 3rd to 8th, didn't have balcony or the bath tub, only shower. The tub was quite short and I didn't fit it but at least I had a bath tub and this was cool since I had the ability to relax a little in the bath tub. The mattresses were too soft and I had problems with falling asleep, however, I could open window and have some fresh air to breath. The safe in my room wasn't working, but when I asked the reception the third time, the electrician finally came to my room and replaced the batteries in my safe locker box which appeared to be discharged and this was the reason why it wasn't working initially. After battery replacement it started working. The were two switches in my room near the door, the one to turn on and off the lights and the purpose of the second switch I didn't figure out, neither reception nor the electrician who fixed the safe locker box were able to explain if it was broken or some fake switch with no purpose or no function. I liked the breakfast, so I could take some potatoes and scrambled eggs every day as well as some bakery, bread and apple juice and bananas, there was the only day when bananas were not available. My mates considered breakfast to be monotonous without diversity, but I personally really liked the breakfast. Also I liked the swimming pool and the fitness room. A few people used them though, so I had the chance to swim alone in the swimming pool and stay alone in the hot tub jacuzzi. During the last days I have noticed some smoking garbage in my balcony and at this time I realized that I have a balcony and the upper floors do not have so when they smoke they throw cigarette butts and trash on my balcony from above. I don't smoke and I felt disappointed when I saw cigarette butts in my balcony. However, I had balcony at least. The room was quite spacious and I liked it. So it had enough air for me to breath. Overall I stayed two weeks in this hotel and this was a pleasant experience in general. They didn't have a spa, but this is reasonable. I enjoyed the wifi, I was able to download old version of XCode that I needed over the night in the hotel while I wasn't able to do this in the office. I think this is the best hotel in Mesa.

Really great hotel, good food at the restaurant downstairs, staff was friendly and facilities are well taken care of. The layout is a bit old but love the glass elevators that take you up to your suite. Executive suites are just a normal nice hotel room though, nothing special there.

The hotel was top notch. Friendly staff, clean room, and great pool. We booked a junior suite, which comes with access to the executive suite for continental breakfast (although our room key did not work). The junior suites are railroad style, similar to an Embassy Suites, except there is no window to the atrium and the room is actually smaller, as is the bathroom. Rooms facing south face the freeway and while the french balcony window does a good job at keeping noise to a minimum, rooms facing north will be more quiet. Parking is free and plentiful. Pool hours are 7am - 10pm, allowing for a morning swim and late night soak in one of the two hot tubs.

This place is very nice. I was a little confused by the deposit I had to pay a deposit though, and the fact it wasn't applied immediately to my debit card the way they took it out. I should be allowed to charge interest on withheld funds.

From someone who owns a travel company (Lucid Travel), we love that management was willing to offer a courtesy cancellation/refund back to the client for a family emergency despite the reservation being non-refundable. This just shows that Hilton cares about their clients more than revenue. And that will always be an A+ in my book. Also the reason Hilton is a great company in the hotel industry. Always care about your clients and they will keep coming back. Thank you!

The AC in the hotel was out and they did not notify us when purchasing the room. They were not accommodating or apologetic in the slightest. This is an expensive and highly rated hotel so I m not sure why the customer service was so terrible.

The Hilton Mesa is conveniently located by the highway and easy to access. With plenty of parking, getting to our venue was a breeze. Inside the hotel was also nice. The hotel bar was comfortable and well priced. The actual venue was nice as well, with adequate space, comfortable seating, and attentive staff
