Excellent service. I ate at the restaurant during my stay and the stake was superb. I will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff. Easy to get to and from the HWY. A few good restaurants near by. Lobby is nice as is the pool area. Didn t give 5 Star only because a couple of the members in our large party had issues with the plumbing, one of which wasn t fixable so they were moved into another room. Other than that it was a great experience. Almost forgot, the bar is located in an open area in the center of the lobby which makes it nice so that others in your party can see you a want to join in the party.

Great since remodel, nice location , service is exceptional.

The breakfast is phenomenal. The beds are fairly comfortable, but the pillows aren't that great. Overall great service.

The hotel is quite a spectacle from inside; the ball rooms were exceptional, the staff friendly, and really had a nice atmosphere to it

The staff is phenomenal, my suite is stunning, and I have a cool mini balcony. Honestly, so glad I found this hotel and very thankful for the amazing staff I've encountered so far. I highly recommend this hotel and if I could give them more stars, I would.

I went for a hiring event. The exterior of the building is misleading, as it looks a little run down. The interior however is very nice and the staff are very friendly.

Excellent staff excellent accomodations and excellent amenities

The hotel is nice and the price was good as is common in AZ in the summer. But the hotel was lacking a few things. First off, the room had no microwave. We could store food in the fridge but not reheat it. Secondly, the food options were all closed but no bagged breakfast was offered. Most hotels offer that in the area unless their restaurant is open. Thirdly, the gym was open but nothing was left in there to disinfect the equipment. No spray or wipes! Just a bottle of hand sanitizer on the trash can. Next time, I will pick a hotel with these amenities. The room was fine. But a bit cramped the way it was designed.

Stayed here in 2019 and picked up a co-worker who was staying here; nothings changed. The staff was pleasant and the furniture in the entry is very low and uncomfortable.

Stayed here for work event. They did a great job catering to us. Had good and drinks ready each time we came out for a break.

Attended some special events for my husband's dental school graduation. Staff took great care of us and everything was so nice!

A great hotel to stay at! Beds were comfy, it was quiet, and the staff was great. The only bummer was the hot tub jets weren't working during my stay, but the pool and hot tub were still pretty cool.

Nice place, nice people except for one person in the breakfast buffet area. I asked a large guy for some cream cheese and he was very rude to me.

Been going here for years, apparently just got hot water system replaced, cold showers two out of three mornings this past week. Avoid!

Turn fridge on before guest arrives. Be more flexible at check in. Room was mostly clean few minor details. The shuttle service was convenient.

First time I've been to this hotel and Phoenix. Cozy and tha food was good. I wish there were better stores closer to tha hotel than tht closed out mall down the street but overall, I enjoyed my stay because it was my bday week .

Second time I've stayed here and enjoyed my stay. The facilities are very clean and include everything you would expect including an executive lounge. The only negative is the wifi is quite weak from the rooms.

Excellent Hotel. My room was clean, large and comfortable. The staff at the Atrium were courteous, proud of the work they do and very dedicated. The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Nice hotel, large rooms. Elevators were quite slow, the hotel seems to be undergoing renovations.

Pool and hot tub were filthy. Front desk person was unpleasant at best. 7th floor "executive" breakfast was a complete fail. Never again

Management was unbelievably kind and helpful to our visiting fallen Officer family. I talked to them at Shop with a Cop and they were very grateful. Thank you.

No maid service or continental breakfast. But their bar and pool sure where open. They said it was because of Covid. I think not. Alcohol makes money. And complimentary breakfast does not.

I don t know who makes the food here but it has to be the best I ve ever tasted in my life. Somebody should really think the chef or the people in the kitchen because I ve never been so impressed in my life, with it being extra clean around me and the food making my mouth water. I actually wanted to eat here instead of the restaurant the other day.

This hotel needs a makeover. The decor is drab both in the lobby and the rooms.

Our first room was dusty and looked as though it hadn't been updated in a long time. We requested another, which was better, but not what you'd expect from a Hilton.

And why aren't there bedside outlets so people can keep their phones charging next to them?

My go-to hotel in the area. Great staff. Great lounge. Good food. Only thing is say is do something about the temperature of the lounge. Maybe add some tint to the windows.

This hotel is very nice, it is an older hotel built in the 80s, but has been renovated a few times one of them being recently. The unique feature of this hotel is the without a doubt the atrium. It is very nice, brightly lit and has a center court bar. The rooms are nice and updated with modern decor. The staff are always friendly as with all Hilton properties. The only downside is the area this hotel is in has seen better days and is going down the tubes. The property is surrounded by empty shopping centers, closed restaurants and a giant abandoned mall. The room service food is very mediocre at best and I would recommend going to one of the restaurants around the property instead. I do recommend this hotel, it is ok for families, but much more centered around adults and business travelers. Would I stay here again, yes I would.

The receptionists called me by name and greeted me as I came and went. The room service was great, the bar was excellent, and the room was always clean and tidy. An excellent place to stay in AZ!

Staff is super nice, especially Deb, Marge, and Gloria. Accommodations are modern and clean. Easy access to highways. Food, ice cream, and bar in shopping center within walking distance. Restaurant and lounge at hotel are good too. Just wish they would bring back the m&ms in the lobby! They make a great snack after a long day at work. They have dog biscuits though.

Good business hotel. Clean property. Good breakfast. Good room service, staff is good, polite and fast. Not many options in room service menu. Was there for a couple of nights, on business trip. Not too many good restaurants near by.

Hilton Phoenix/Mesa provided a high quality experience and a welcoming atmosphere

The hotel itself is fine... Rooms are clean, on-site cafe and small item market for small items and/or snacks. My issue is with the multiple guest services people I have been dealing with for over 2 months now. I was double charged and I have been getting a whole lot of lip service, zero calls back after 2 different people I've spoken in detail about the discrepancies over the phone have said they would be calling me back the following day to follow-up. Nothing. I have left messages for book-keeping/accounting and I have not received a call back to help me resolve this billing issue. The hotel placed the normal additional monies on my account for possible incidentals... No problem. The problem is that they kept money from that hold upon our check-out for legitimate cafe & market visits, but then also double charged me for those same purchases again independently - as individual line items. When I checked out of the hotel and asked for my closing bill the front desk person said they would email it to me - reading off my email address, which I confirmed. I never received it (yes, look in my spam folder as well - nothing). Now two months later, multiple calls later, zero follow-up as they've said they were going to do and no voicemail messages returned. Incredibly unprofessional and I really am disappointed that I am still - 2 months later - trying to resolve a rather simple issue.

Nice facility. The meeting rooms were too cold, air conditioning was running in November. The staff could not correct the temperature.
Everything else was good, everyone was friendly.

We had our AC break down on the first 116 deg F day of the year and off we went to the only available place that would accept a dog at this particular time (7 pm) It is easy access to the 60, a great location. Several restaurants very close by (Long Horn Steak House, In and Out Burger, Red Lobster and a few more) Although they have food readily near this location the food at the Hilton was unbelievably exquisite ! The breakfast was insanely delicious, in fact every meal was a ten for 9 full days! I can not say enough good about the chef, and "resident" restaurant inside the Hilton Mesa AZ. Even the house coffee was off the charts. Not to mention the service, the staff are always happy! Friendly, kind, and professional the whole time. I was able to do my water therapy in the pool and the water temp was perfect. As well as relax and let the water take the weight off. I have a horrible back and without saying a word they obviously noticed and assisted many times above and beyond their job. I did not meet one staff member who was not decent 100%. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a place to stay.

They were polite and courteous. They were prompt to help address problems and took care if it right away.

This was by far the best service I've ever received at a hotel. The room was amazing, comfortable, and clean. Even though there was a small issue with the bathroom, they made sure to accommodate us and make sure we were taken care of. I will definitely stay with Hilton from now on.
