The room was clean and odor free. The staff was friendly and quick. Overall a great experience.

Went there for a business meeting. Wonderful rooms and amazing lobby with 2 restaurants!

Their beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get up. We would've given them 5 stars but the bath tub was rusty and would not plug to take a bath. The phone would not charge so ordering room service had to be done on speaker from the base. Room service was kinda pricey. The room service attendants were nosey. We wanted privacy but the insisted on bringing the food into our room. One of them also comment about private things that were around the room. Everything else was amazing!!

All the rooms have been remodeled, looks great, and great place to spend the night away from home if you have to.

Lovely hotel in good location. Modern rooms. Pool area is a little dated. Because my friend had executive status we received free drinks and appetizers and breakfast daily. Coffee shop, bar. Infused water available daily in lobby. Very friendly staff

This hotel was in a good location with a great breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Unfortunately, all rooms opened onto the multistory atrium which got quite noisy as the open air bar was in the center of the opening and it was going strong well towards 2 am. The beds were comfortable but the mattress pad wouldn't stay in place and was lumpy. On the same order, a flat sheet was used for the bottom sheet and also did not stay tucked resulting in more lumps. Its 2019, they make fitted sheets!

Had a great visit and stay! There was construction and a wedding going on during my visit in July, but it was quiet and peaceful in my room. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

I am always going to visit this place whenever I am in this city and looking for a place to stay and that is because the service I received when I was here for few days. Their staff was very well mannered and great. You should also try using their services if you are in the city.

While I did not stay overnight at the Hilton and only visited for a work event, it was a very pleasant time. The lobby of the hotel is clean and beautiful and the employees were very attentive and cleared the tables and served food very quickly. Would consider staying at this hotel in the future.

Room very spacious and clean. Bed very comfy. Flat screen tv but no Golf Channel which was a bummer.

Luxurious and very nice hotel. Rooms are very clean and updated with comfortable beds. Hotel is nice inside and outside with tropical landscape. Staff is friendly and especially Melinda who is very professional and helpful. She suggested and signed me up with Hilton honors. I definitely recommend this hotel for your travel and vacation time. This is a nice hotel that was clean and had a nice pool and workout facility. The only issue was with traffic noise. It's an older building with single pane windows so the nearby freeway contributes to some noise. I will stay there again, but I'll bring some earplugs.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The only complaint I have is that when I got the the room the door to the bathroom was broken.

The service quality compared to hotel cost is pretty low.
Rooms are noisy due to highway proximity and old windows.
Finding a plug in the room to charge telephone or work with your laptop is not so easy

Hilton's Easter brunch was top notch! There were so many delicious food choices in a beautiful, sophisticated atmosphere that included a pianist and the Easter bunny happily taking pictures with families. Service is always great. They will have a Mother's Day brunch, which should be just as special. You need to make reservations.

Decent hotel for the price. Very big with a lot of rooms, the bar area is nice in the center of the hotel. Room cleanliness was okay, could us some updates to the rooms. Overall it was decent experience.

The staff was very accommodating, and we were able to get a great price for the reservation, especially with it being New Year's Eve.They serve a delicious breakfast in the hotel.The room was very nice! The only thing was that the pillows were a little too soft for our liking. I wish I would've requested for different pillows.

This hotel has gone through a massive facelift since the last time that I was there. If they put that much into the lobby and conference rooms, I can only imagine what they have done with the rooms. A ton of parking and a lot of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. This area of Mesa is being highly upgraded and restructured, so it's worth the stay if you are traveling.

I attended reunion events at the Hilton Phoenix/Mesa. I do not think the staff could have done more for our group. The meeting room we had was nice and large. During our event meals they put out enough tables so that 8 people were at tables instead if 10. One of the best hotels our reunion group has used.

They have been around for decades. This nice hotel can be viewed while you are driving down the interstate. When you walk through the doors you will be enamored by the high ceiling lay out of this hotel. The entire place is giant and the rooms are laid out around the perimeter. There are some nice bars and restaurants in here as well.

This was a very nice hotel but I would not recommend staying here. Our reservation was incorrect and they immediately blamed Allegiant Air and told us it was our problem and we would have to get hold of them to fix it. Their arrogance that they would never had made a mistake was and is totally unacceptable. Since they obviously partnered with Allegiant to initially offer the room I am not sure why they could not have contacted them to check out the correct reservation dates. They did offer to let us stay in the room for the one more night for only $300! So thoughtful! Not sure what the Hilton's position is on customer service but if this is it I would suggest it needs work.

Great hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean they have those stickers that proved the rooms were cleanrd unless you open the door and it breaks the sticker really gives you peace of mind

Had dinner and drinks in the restaurant at the Hilton in Mesa, had a sandwich and soup and was pleased. Food was pretty good, service was great. Not a lot of options in walking distance and this was a perfectly acceptable option.

Hung out with some family who were staying here. They enjoyed their stay.

COVID CLEAN, MY BACKSIDE!! It wasn t even clean enough for a non-COVID life. Headboard had greasy places that looked like the back of someone s head. Dried food particles on the drapes and sides of doors. Low enough to have probably been from a toddler. Even the Do Not Disturb sign was not wiped down. There were used drinking cups in the trash can from previous guests. Dusty cobwebs hanging from ceiling light. Beds were comfortable. Take your own pillows. Also we asked for something close to the exit because we both have physical handicaps. Put us fairly close to a BROKEN elevator. Had to walk a good distance to another one each time we came in and out. We stayed four nights. Very accommodating when we needed anything for our room though.

Only there for a meeting. Didn't stay. Very pleasant atmosphere. Area for meeting was perfectly set. Staff very accommodating. No complaints in the 5 hours I was there!

Overall my stay here was good. The beds are nice and comfy, the rooms were clean. We had adjoining rooms, and the door in between was stuck, but they came up immediately to fix it. The barn doors they use for the bathrooms, while a great design choice, not very practical. The people in the room can hear EVERYTHING you do in the bathroom. Same with the trash cans, very cute design, not practical at all. There is also a smoking issue as we were on the 2nd floor.

We tried ordering room service using the room service button of the phone, in each of the 2 rooms and got a busy signal for over 25 minutes. I called the front desk, they got right through and woman that took our order said she had been surprised more weren't calling and now she knew.

The hotel is a non smoking facility, however there is a cigarette disposal station/astray outside on the side of the building with the golf course is, and so people smoke there. And where do you think that smoke goes when we have our balcony doors open?? Right in to our room!! You can't stop people from smoking outside but when you provide an astray, people think it's ok to smoke there!

The staff were excellent to deal with and treated us like royalty when we had a request. Rooms are excellent as well, cleaned thoroughly, and have no dank smells. The restaurant was quick to take our orders and served good, hot, tasty food. Worth the price for a nice, clean room.

Went to the Phoenix/Mesa location for dinner and drinks with friends. The service was great and everyone was very attentive.
