We didn't stay at the hotel. So I can't really rate the room's quality. We were there for a company party. Everything was and looked great. The hotel is very pretty and very well taken care of. The staff was super friendly. The drinks, the food, the service, everything was high quality

Remodel is finally completed and the lobby looks wonderful. Front desk staff today must have had a bad day before I got there. Its summertime and temperatures and moods run hot. Box fans in guest rooms help circulate the best air the A/C can pump. Exec lounge very friendly and welcoming. Nice property when in high season. I don't give less than 4 stars.

Paid for executive privilege and suite upgrade, and they did not honor it. Gave us 2 drink tickets for the bar in the lobby. They closed the Executive Lounge, and their excuse was "We are not busy enough, it's too slow". False advertising and would never stay here again.

I enjoyed the time I spent here. The staff is friendly, breakfast is great, and the bar is a nice spot to relax. The bartenders are super friendly too! My room was clean and I don't really have any complaints about it. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a hotel in the Mesa area.

A really great experience especially if you get the executive suit because you get access to the executive lounge which offers free breakfast, snacks, and drinks with a full bar! The bartender/room service attendant, Mark, is a super friendly and fun guy to talk with, too. Enjoyed a nice weekend and relaxed at the pool and jacuzzi. I will come here again!

One thing that's got to change is the employee in the gift shop. Second thought, just close it and sell only the essentials at the front counter so you can put a real business in their with trained employees who are actually friendly like a Starbucks. Seriously,
the gift shop is a joke. Please fix this!

This Hilton property is currently under renovation and the entrance and parking is blocked to the public starting at 5am until approximately 6pm everyday. The rooms are nicely furnished clean and the staff is outgoing and friendly. However many of the guest rooms are facing Arizona Highway 60 and the road house is extremely loud and annoying.

Tired facility in need of a deep cleaning as another reviewer posted and significant updating. The 8th floor room I checked into online was "unavailable" so I dropped two floors, sans Hilton Honors Gold snack and water. This happens so frequently now it is almost not worth mentioning, sadly. Hilton has a lot of truly great staff interspersed with uninterested staff. I am fairly certain I would not repeat my stay here.

If I could put negotiate 5 I would. My girlfriend made a reservation for my birthday dinner. She spoke to the director Trent and told him what she wanted drinks ready, candlelight, private and romantic. He said not a problem I have you covered. When we arrived I thought we would be going into a dining room that would be romantic. It s the Hilton right. Wrong they put us in a breakfast type of restaurant. It was like eating dinner in a McDonald s. Not at all that he portrayed it to be. And then we wanted to talk to him after that happened and he ignored us. He didn t even check on us during dinner!!! Never am I going to recommend this motel 6. By the way our waitress Natalie was great. We felt that she knew how we felt. So did Trent be he went into hiding.

I drove in on Saturday evening and stayed the night.

THE GOOD: Nice almost everything .. Nice pool design !!

THE BAD: Pool closes at 10 pm sharp :( and no towels when I arrived. Took over 15 minutes for fresh towels to arrive ... also the pool is too small

THE UGLY: My wife. ( I will be killed for this )

THE HIGHLIGHT .... Dog treats at the front desk :)

That last part rocked as I was there to pick up a new puppy on Sunday morning. So it was great having a few treats for the trek back to Orange County.

I will be going back there in about another month. So, I look forward to being able to improve this score.

Easy to get to from the highway but get in the far right lane as the turn comes quickly. The hotel is an open design and very reasonably priced. The staff was attentive and helpful and put me in a good location. The elevators are glass and that is always fun. The breakfast was a bit expensive for my taste but I found several places around the hotel I could drive to in a few minutes.

Worse than motel 6. I have been to a lot of hotels in my life. I have never been treated this poorly. I was not offered bell hop service, and I am disabled and I was part of a group function for many disabled people. The first room I got was dirty, had big scuff marks all over the walls and the balcony doors were bolted shut. To get a room with balcony doors that opened, it was an additional $75 total for 2 nights. This is where the nightmare began. Hilton told me they would although authorize a total of $80 for the 2 nights. They authorized $80, then another $80, and then pulled out the charge for the first night. Upon checkout, I confirmed they would not auth my card again, and they promptly charged me for $25, then $50, then $75, all the way to $250 in increments of $25. My bank denied these charges. I will never do business with Hilton again.

The room was spacious and had nice decor. The bathroom had an odd smell at first but then went away. The bed was comfy and the room cooked quickly. Loved the blackout curtains. Fridge was extra cold and had everything you would expect. Will stay again for future work trips.

Easy access from freeway (us60) on Alma School. Then first right into Holmes, hotel is then on the right. Numerous free parking on both sides of main entrance. Check in is left of the front entrance, restaurant is on right. Lobby bar is behind elevators in main lobby. Conference rooms are all off the center bar area. Hotel has numerous junior suites along with a large master suite. Hotel rooms on west side run hotter in the summer et r due to intense sun on the glass keep curtains close with temperature at a lower setting then you normally would. Food in restaurant is excellent plus if in a suite you have access to executive lounge area.

Aside from some Screaming skank at 1:30 in the morning, this place was great. The doors were like Bank vaults and the sounds around us were minimal. The rooms were clean. The staff handled a very large group of us well. Decent location with safe places to walk in the area if you're so inclined to burn the soles of your feet on hundred and fifty degrees pavement. The pool was clean and refreshing. They have a Starbucks And a decent breakfast buffet. I would stay here again.vs

I visited here for a seminar and was highly impressed with the inside lobby which looked very nice from the inside; however, I did not stay in one of their suites. Because this is one of the high-end hotel chains, I would assume that their accomodations would meet anyone's expectations for comfort and accessibility.

Beautiful pool, pet friendly. Stayed One Night in a comfortable bed. Beautiful hotel with a bar inside of it. The breakfast area is like a nice little restaurant. Spectacular views and very friendly staff. Decent priced room. The room and hotel were clean and actually smelled wonderful. The AC kicked in quite well and cooled the room quickly.
I will definitely be going back and I would definitely recommend staying on business or pleasure. They do have conference room and party rooms as well.
