Hotel is extremely nice and much grander than I expected. Room and bathroom were clean and in good order. Bathroom cabinets and shower head seem to be a bit weathered, but otherwise clean.

We went to the Hilton for a business meeting. It has a nice atmosphere, convenient parking. There was cold water available and the seating was comfortable as well. Overall it was a great place to hold a large meeting.

My husband and I attended a social event here and loved it! We had a 3 course meal and the food was delicious. The servers were very kind and efficient. The atmosphere was great. There was a DJ and dancing afterwards and the sound quality was great. Overall it was a great place for this party.

Pretty nice place. Easy access, located in an older section of town, but safe. Lots of shops, groceries and restaurants in the area.

Golf course next door, be careful where you park. Your car may get hit with golf balls.

Great bar and bar tenders.

Room was a little small, but accommodating none the less.

I had to give 4 stars because we had no water for half a day in the room, with no warning and when asked their time line for restoring the water was off by 4 1/2 hours.

No free breakfast, but free parking, free flavored water and M&M's. Friendly staff.

The hotel was pretty awesome, the staff was very chill and down to earth. Typical price point. Rooms were what you should expect in a Hilton clean and fresh. The bar area was good. Food was good

Love Hilton and my Hilton rewards. This place is a bit older but fantastic staff, great price, and convenient location. Plan on an overnight get away a few times a year at this location.

While this was likely an Embassy Suites in a former life, the current ownership has obviously brought it up to Hilton standards. While lacking in a few areas you would be used to in downtown or resort Hilton properties, overall the hotel is great. The real star is the HHonors lounge at this property, probably one of the better ones in the state

Hilton Mesa was awesome! Sunday brunch was on point. We had comfy beds. Great customer service. We transferred here from the Embassy Suites in Phoenix and this was a million times better! They also have the exectutive lounge which made my life!!!

Would not have been 5 stars if not for the customer service of Terrance. Pool was closed, which wasn't advertised, and the place felt a little old. That being said, Terrance's bartending skills and food suggestions made me LOVE this hotel. I literally can't say enough about this. He is the best bartender I've ever had (I go to bars quite often).

First class all the way hotel, we checked in at Green Tree, when we got to our room the door would not open and the hallways smelled like urine. Some in savory characters were there as well so we checked out. I saw the Hilton close by and we went there. Spotless hotel, they have an eatery there it was fabulous. Room very clean, cozy and great views of the mountain. They comped us a free buffet breakfast for the next day. It was fabulous, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, muffins, oatmeal, fresh fruits and juices. Gorgeous grounds and I wish we had time to swim in the beautiful pool with a grotto. I highly recommend this place. Stay away from the Green Tree Inn.

This was a very nice hotel. Wasn't impressed with the bar, as it didn't seem very inviting. The pool area was beautiful. The room was fantastic, as was the service. The only down side about the room: it faces the freeway. The sounds of traffic all night was annoying.

The hotel looks good. I really wish the rewards for diamond guests were better.. not just an overdone appetizer at the exec lounge or merely continental breakfast. Other Hilton's and DTs give you a free drink or a full breakfast buffet. That being said, the rooms are big, spacious and an element of class. The fitness center is adequately designed

Every employee has been extremely helpful, professional, kind, and enthusiastic. The rooms are clean, organized, and well kept. I would recommend the balcony rooms since then you can step outside when the weather is nice and enjoy some fresh air from time to time. My only complaint would be that there is no free internet access except for in the lobby (which is very congested/slow). However, if you do pay for the Internet access, it is quite fast. However, it looks as if current AT&T customers might get free Internet based on the Web access portal. The food is fantastic. I recommend the chicken noodle soup. It is all definitely home cooked and delicious. The bar and food selects are not over priced as it would be with most hotels. The pool is clean, relaxing, and there is even a smoking section nearby it (not close enough to bother non-smokers/children though) so that if you are a smoker, you can also relax. I'll be booking at this hotel again for the next four weeks for my coming business trips since I've had such a fantastic stay this first week in town.

Staff are very friendly and do all they can to assist.
You need a car as most close facilities have now closed down.
Hotel is in the middle of refurbishment, this is being done discreetly, floor by floor, so no interference during our stay

Nice hotel! Comfy bed..,love the light weight quilt/duvet. Nice tv, crumbling cable service...missed my dish tv! Love the high quality towels and shower amenities...don't usually use these but, this time I did and I liked them. Wonderful, glass-doored shower. Sink sounded like an air-liner bathroom.
Overall it was nice, comfortable and clean. It was, however, noisy.

Disappointed. Major renovations to which we were not given any advanced notice. Makeshift bar and restaurant.
Pool area is small and very noisy due to adjacent multi lane highway. Pool is cold. Staff were friendly

Old Embassy Suites, kept up well. Couch in room uncomfortable to sit, but didn't use much. Nice pool and hot tubs. Spacious gathering areas. On Hilton Honors level, adequate breakfast, but not fantastic.

Looks nice on the outside and you can tell that they recently remodeled the inside, but it still looks and feels like a budget/cheap job of remodeling. I can't speak to the customer service or the plumbing but I suspect the former is fine and the latter may still need work. Overall I think the other reviews are a bit harsh, as there is plenty to do in the immediate area (there is regular and disc golf right next door even, a mall within walking distance). Overall, an above average experience that could use more work.
