The hotel itself is fine... Rooms are clean, on-site cafe and small item market for small items and/or snacks. My issue is with the multiple guest services people I have been dealing with for over 2 months now. I was double charged and I have been getting a whole lot of lip service, zero calls back after 2 different people I've spoken in detail about the discrepancies over the phone have said they would be calling me back the following day to follow-up. Nothing. I have left messages for book-keeping/accounting and I have not received a call back to help me resolve this billing issue. The hotel placed the normal additional monies on my account for possible incidentals... No problem. The problem is that they kept money from that hold upon our check-out for legitimate cafe & market visits, but then also double charged me for those same purchases again independently - as individual line items. When I checked out of the hotel and asked for my closing bill the front desk person said they would email it to me - reading off my email address, which I confirmed. I never received it (yes, look in my spam folder as well - nothing). Now two months later, multiple calls later, zero follow-up as they've said they were going to do and no voicemail messages returned. Incredibly unprofessional and I really am disappointed that I am still - 2 months later - trying to resolve a rather simple issue.
