Was there to evaluate for a conference. The sales manager was very nice, the safe was very nice, and I hope to host the conference there.

Great experience. Unfortunately the pool was not working.

This place has had a renovation a little while ago and they are still renovating. It looks very well. The rooms too. It looks very contemporary.

Nice place. I had to attend professional development for two consecutive days in their conference rooms. The main floor is bright, but a little dated. However, it is clean and the food is decent. First day was chicken parmesan and it was excellent!! Second day the theme was Mexicsn food. That wasn't nearly as good. They do have an in-house Starbucks. Customer service is very, very good. Nice pool as well. Didn't get to see the rooms, but was told by several coworkers that they are clean and nice. The only glaring problem was the conference rooms. They must have had the thermostat set at 60 degrees. We asked if they could fix this and they couldn't according to the technician and other employees.

The security guard had mistaken us for some one else apparently and seriously embarrassed us in front of other guest. A simple show me your room key would of solved everything. Our stay was horrible soon after. Felt unsafe as he wouldn't leave our floor.

Clean hotel, think it is a remodeled embassy suites, as has large open area in the center. There was a convention going on and was noisy until past 1am, with sound coming into room. Room was nice and had good open area. Would stay again, hopefully when not filled with convention

One of my favorites, super clean, comfortable, quiet, and just a nice hotel. Great staff and great property! Awesome view of the Az sunset!

Attended the Hilton for a cooking demonstration . Hotel was very clean, and looked very modern.

Very clean. Shower was broken but maintenance fixed in promptly. Asked for a new room but nothing was available. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

I did not stay the night at this hotel I attended a work event here, and everything was serviced by the hotel and their staff. We had the cleanest bathrooms, kind staff, fast service, knowledgeable bartenders, lovely atmosphere and decorating, helpful employees that afternoon even helping at the event, and they moved those chairs and tables around mega fast! Also? That food was DELICIOUS

Good food, good service. Atmosphere what you'd expect, acceptable but outdated and dark.

We stayed here last week. We left early because we found a cockroach in our bathroom. They said the manager would call us the next morning to talk about a refund. He never called us. When I finally got a a hold of him (Greg), he was unaccommodating and stuck up. I don't like to talk bad about people. I've also worked on the hospitality industry for many years. He started going off about how many years he has been doing this in this state and that state and how sometimes there's just bugs and that's too bad. We went through a 3rd party in which he said I had to contact them. I've stayed at many other (much nicer) hotels and when ever there was even a tiny problem the hotel was more than willing to make things right. Greg could have been sincere and actually apologized, for once, and even offered just a discount on a further reservation. Even a "Where do you guys live? When you're in this area please come with your family for the afternoon to enjoy our pool and amenities." or..."I'm so sorry I can't refund because it's a third party but I would love to give you 2 vouchers to come back and enjoy our breakfast when you're back in the area" He didn't offer to try to do anything to make it right. I told him we obviously won't be staying with them again and he said rudely, "That's your choice" and hung up his phone. I was not rude to him on the phone. I talked politely.

I have stayed in this Hotel 4 or 5 times. It's a great hotel with a great breakfest. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most morning the sausage links are some of the biggest I've seen. Once in a while the sausage links are normal sized but I'm saying I really like their breakfast. They normally have a salsa to put on your food as well and it's fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.

Terrible Terrible Terrible.
Booked 4 nights for my son and I to be at the Miss Arizona & Miss Teen Arizona Pageant.
First night the air conditioner made an awful sound everytime it turned on and the bathroom door was on a slide hat was loud and didn't operate well at all. Construction noises, hammering, drilling, chiseling. ect...
Asked to be moved to a different room and they tried to put us in a room with one bed... Finally got a new room with two beds and they assured me that we were away from any construction. What a lie that turned out to be... Up late for the pageant and woke up very early by the sound of a hammerdrill... Very loud. Complained everyday about noise and never even got an apology.
Terrible customer service. Food for breakfast is very overpriced and taste horrible. Shopping mall that is near by is practically closed. Not a very good part of town... Highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Room isn't as clean as it should be and it's fridge is broken...

Our stay at Hilton was very nice ! Staff was excellent, and the food at restaurant was very good. Booked 4 rooms for family attending wedding in area and all enjoyed there stay. Highly recommend.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Executive lounge was closed but we were treated to breakfast at the in house restaurant free of charge. Overall excellent experience. Hilton Honors perks were great as usual.

They're dog friendly . They have dog treats as soon as you come in for your pets they have an amazing hotel room very friendly and accommodating staff one of the best days I've ever had and he Hotel beautiful pool I mean amazing breakfast area everything was just above and beyond.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and checkout. Room decor is nice and the room has good amenities. Will stay there again!

Went into the formal dining and had the super salad and the service and food was amazing

I am only comment on the banquet room and food. Room was fine, food was terrible. Steak was extremely rare (practically raw), salmon was dry and overcooked, mashed potatoes were cold and hardened as if they'd been sitting awhile, carrots and broccoli flavorless. Very disappointing and I'd be mad if I was the person/ organization who planned and paid for the meal.

I thought it was going to be nice but hotel kinda run down by my standards. They forgot to give us our breakfast tickets, plus pool and jacuzzi heaters did not work. Oh well back to the Hyatt and Marriott hotels.

Great property well kept lovely accommodations. Pool was beautiful. We didnt get to breakfast. The cocktail hour for those on the club floor seriously lacked in choices in variety. Beds were too hard but just preference. I would stay here again.

Nice clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom was too warm, lights need to be a LED to elim9the temperature for the bulbs, spotlight in the bathroom is a no go

Went for a beer in the early afternoon after playing a round of golf at the cheap course next door. Staff were friendly, but we had a tough go of it, since the glasses and liquor were locked up, and nobody could find the keys. Prices while not unreasonable, did consequently seem a bit steep for a beer in a plastic cup. I'm sure it would be better under more normal circumstances.

Elevators down, only one person working front desk, and digital key wouldn t work. Decent rooms. Comfortable bed. Shower took long to warm.

Would have been 5 stars but upon return after having my business trip postponed an extra day, I was sent into a room that had a strong odor & loud neighbors and had stayed previously 3 days on business in a lovely room which was quiet & odor free. I went back down to the front desk and was then sent down another floor to The 3rd room which was just outside the exhaust stack for the kitchen & was not the original king bed I had booked for, this being a Monday night right before the thanksgiving holiday the hotel was rather empty....I was a bit put off by the whole experience being it was so drastically different between two different front desk people. Some of the front desk personnel leave something to be desired. For sake of privacy her name won t be mentioned.

My stay at Hilton Phoenix / Mesa was a pretty good experience. The room that I stayed in was nice, but I did find a Coors Light beer cap on the floor. Service was fine, the food was average. All together, my stay was pretty good.

This hotel screwed up my reservation 2 and over charged me for a king room more than a suit and they didn t seem to be bothered at all by the fact a paying customer was extremely mad all they could say is we are trying and the guy that checked you in messed up the only thing that they could do is pass the blame other places

Great place to stay. Clean, helpful staff. Arianna was superb!

Nice rooms with comfy beds and a friendly staff. Some issues: desk and housekeeping don't seem to communicate well. Had trouble getting in room coffee. Housekeeping of the rooms is spotty. You can spot the places they gloss over while cleaning. Seems the building needs a duct cleaning. Room smells musty when we walk in and it seems to be coming from the AC. Also, AC control leaves much to be desired. It's either arctic blast or off. Adjusting the temp seems to have no effect. Would stay again, but not at the $150/night this place advertises on the travel sites.

Terrance the bar tender is amazing ! We have been here twice and each time he is just the best !!! Please hire more people like him ! Thank you Terrance your awesome !! For real ! He deserves a raise y all !!

Beautiful, clean, functional rooms. Ryan, Ariana, Wade, Marge, & Kimberly we're fantastic working with in making our large group reservations & multiple check-ins seemless. Wonderful pool & dinning options. Overall a perfect place for business and pleasure.

Nice place for overnight stay near airport. Nice pool, not heated when temperature is 100 plus.

Stayed here on business as near work locations. Lots of equipment in exercise room which is needed if many guests. Love the outdoor smoking area by the pool under the overhang to avoid weather & sun. Be sure to get room on lobby side of hotel to avoid traffic noise from nearby state highway. Overall the interior looks very much like an Embassy Suites property.

Very beautiful place, especially when the sun sets and all the windows reflect the view. Large and clean with very friendly service. Two glass elevators and the design means you don't spend ages walking to your room or finding it. Plenty of parking in a great place in Mesa. Its very close to Mesa downtown, which is a very lovely place to visit.

The prices are overrated & the suites are more like oversized dorm rooms.

Only hotel with a 24hr bar!!! The only thing better was the staff hospitality and care to my very demanding needs. Thank you, late night staff!!!

After traveling the US for 2 months we wanted to have a great last hotel night before flying out and we did! The hotel was beautiful, staff really friendly, the room spotless and spacious, the pool clean and big, the staff extremely friendly and helpful and the lobby bar very nice (also for our 2 kids). We paid $ 110 and that was great value!

When I was there for a conference the parking lot was empty and the inside was empty of people and guests. Looks like a skeleton crew was in operation at that time but the inside was spacey and beautiful! Location was very ideal and very easy to find just one block from freeway 60. Would I stay here? absolutely! would I recommend it? absolutely!

Just stayed there we booked a huge lot of my rooms for my sisters wedding. I booked a balcony suite. Room was very spacious, clean, and nice. Over all the staff was amazing!!! hotel far exceeded

Checked in, they assigned us the wrong type of room. Moved us to new room that didn't have a pull out couch

Layout is a little wierd but it is an older hotel. That said it has been kept up well. We were there for a work Christmas party and the service was very good. The food an drink was also good including prime rib dinner and a large variety of desserts. Didn't stay the night so can't say anything about the rooms or the rates. Would recommend overall.

I went into this hotel briefly because I had out of town guests staying there. It looks very luxurious with large rooms and bar in the center of the hotel. However, my guests did say they found several bugs in their room.

Wow! The place is absolutely gorgeous and a great central location. Huge rooms and comfortable.

I stayed here when my vehicle broke down. Their shuttle service was unavailable and I had to leave after 2 days because they were booked up. I had to go to a hotel down the street and was very awkwards while having no vehicle.

Lobby of Hotel was fine, we were suckered into attending a time share program.

What a friendly and accommodating staff! The hotel is newly renovated and beautiful. The bar area is centered in the elegant atrium area of the hotel and is a great place for a quick drink or to meet clients. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed as one would expect in a 4 or 5 star hotel

Great hotel. Beautiful atrium and my room was very spacious. Excellent spa shower. Nothing to complain about. Food at the restaurant was really good. Would stay here anytime work takes me to Mesa AZ.

The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The are we had our even in was cool so we didn't have to worry about the AZ heat and there was plenty of space for even the biggest of crowds.

Love it. Bartender was a tad suspect on the customer side.

Small rooms under construction paint everywhere with a great view of the freeway with a giant 6 inch balcony and the shoe prints on the ceiling was really weird

Great hotel, can be noisy at times due to its proximity to the highway and room location.

Stayed there for a week and had terrible experience with the front desk. 1) our group had to go downstairs twice, each time for 30+ mins, to have our accounts set up in the system. 2) we had issues with the internet constantly (last name + room # didn't work. 3) we asked front desk to charge our cards separately and apply points to each of our Hilton accounts, instead, I had two charges of the same amount on my card without receipts being founded in my account. So I couldn t even explain to the hotel what happened without going through my credit card company first.

Just off the 60, this facility provides easy access to all of Mesa. However, this does provide for ample amounts of road noise. Add in the open interior with a bar in the middle and you have the makings for a rough night. I believe the football coaches convention was the majority of the problem, but it did seem louder than it should be at 80 feet up. Although I booked a double queen on the app, ended up with single. Checked app and it had room # with double queen. Must have been a recent change. Kids liked the hideaway so we kept room, not wanting to risk being closer to the bar noise. Room service runs until 11pm, which was nice, as it kept us away from the Football coaches clinic participants. Pizza was exceptional and the kid loved the cup of M&Ms with her yogurt. TV was smaller than other Hilton I have stayed with in the past and the only viewable location was from the bed, not the couch.

Pleasant hotel in an uninspiring location, saved by the friendly staff.

Being renovated, but on the cheap. No replacement windows, which let all the outside noise. Friendly staff, all very helpful. Rooms still uninspiring. Showers poor, no tubs.
