Stayed there for a week and had terrible experience with the front desk. 1) our group had to go downstairs twice, each time for 30+ mins, to have our accounts set up in the system. 2) we had issues with the internet constantly (last name + room # didn't work. 3) we asked front desk to charge our cards separately and apply points to each of our Hilton accounts, instead, I had two charges of the same amount on my card without receipts being founded in my account. So I couldn t even explain to the hotel what happened without going through my credit card company first.
